就想帶着父母來海邊玩一玩，特意避過了旅遊的高峯期，不僅房價便宜而且還不擁擠，2張床都是1.5的床，因為看到評價很多説衞生問題，特意要求看一下房間，前台姐姐特意帶着我們看了一下房子，服務非常熱情，而且給了個風景好的樓層，酒店位置特別好，下樓幾分鐘就到海邊了，前台接待也很熱情，總之就是很滿意的啦。

第一天到達是晚上，房間看着有點舊，但是衞生整理的還不錯，該有的都有。熱水全屋都有很方便。第二天晨起看日出太驚喜了，最後又續住了一天。

小姐姐們很有耐心，給我發了很詳細的攻略，讓我一個人的行程也很充實。房間設施齊全，乾淨。特別是風景真的很美。如果沒有很多雲的話，海的風景配海浪的聲音，真的讓人很舒適。個人你特別喜歡在沙發上吹海風發呆放空自己。

第一次來海陵島入住這個公寓，預訂是180度海景真的很棒，白天有海風吹，可以看到十里銀灘，晚上還可以欣賞煙花，真的很不錯的，晚上可以在陽台上喝點小酒，吹海風聊聊天，真的很有意思，衞生方面還可以，出行可以在樓下租車，真的很方便。

一線江景房，躺床上就看到河景了。聽着浪聲，吹着海風舒服。樓下幾步路就是沙灘，值得逛下。停車3元一小時，還可以吧。可以停外面車道，不收錢，但怕抄牌，雖然店家説很小几率。既然出來玩，那就不差那點停車費了。衞生還是不錯的，淡季過來，一百多一點租到這房，值了。

二室一廳公寓面朝大海，寬敞舒適。下樓過馬路即可到海邊。周邊餐飲眾多，選擇性很大。前台服務也很好。非常適合度假。

給過評價的酒店屈指可數 這個酒店真的差的不得不給（噁心到不想拍照片放在相冊） 首先下午兩點辦理入住，地板都是濕漉漉的，一進去一踩地板全黑了，很噁心。廁所的馬桶蓋馬桶圈全是污漬，套了馬桶套都不敢用。 接着床單枕頭套上都有污漬，不乾淨，睡完身上有小包包。 最離譜的是兩間廁所的花灑都是壞的！花灑使用不了，衹能用水龍頭！花灑控制器那裡固定不了，拔起來又會掉下去，導致我們四個人去完海邊濕漉漉的回來，連澡都洗的很難受！而且我們是一個個洗的，沒有花灑濕漉漉的等了超久！ 我們住的套房，下午車壞了想讓酒店幫忙延遲退房到兩點（我們是6號退房，酒店完全不緊俏），我們好修車，也不同意，完全服務，硬件，人情味都沒有的民宿！當然這個延遲退房是他們的權利可以不同意，最大問題還是他們設施不行！ 真不知道攜程這麼高評分好評怎麼來的 第二天換去同價酒店住好的不止一星半點！還是建議大家去住酒店！

地理位置不錯，離海邊200左右能到，所以海景也很美。但是晚上巨吵，煙花的聲音，唱歌的聲音，一直到凌晨1點左右。睡眠質量不好的，不建議入住。設備陳舊，那個衣櫃巨臭，好在提供的是一次性毛巾。
