好公寓並不難找，難就難在想找到一家高性價比，品質出眾，乾淨衞生的公寓，難度可不小。畢竟在海陵島十里銀灘熱門景點，在網站選評分最高的公寓，入住後很滿意的一次公寓，服務好，房間大，乾淨衞生，温馨舒適，陽台視野極好，一線海景房不亞於三亞的海景房，種草了，服務周到，小區周邊環境優美，距離沙灘幾分鐘的路程，設施很齊全，交通也便利，很棒的一次體驗！

住過最差沒有之一的公寓酒店…環境很差，到處都是發黴，櫃子全是黴爛的…被子也是潮的，因為那天下着暴雨，走廊跟房間門就一直是濕的，而且當天訂房價錢還比我提前訂要便宜100，平時100多的房假期翻了6倍，環境還這麼差，水魚島真的名符其實，很好，再也不來了。

設施：設施較少，新舊程度中等，總體能接受，就我住的房間，浴室漏水至房間，吹風機是壞的，但是面朝大海正面，很爽的
環境：環境可能主要靠近海岸，總體比較潮濕，面對大海，全天呆在陽台吹海風也是極爽的
衞生：衞生還很一般，打掃衞生的阿姨態度不好
服務：老闆很好説話，給發了攻略，因個人原因，還給延時退房，相當好商量

週末出遊，現在這個月份過來遊玩價格很優惠，性價比較高，海景房，陽台景色超級美，房間沒有異味，乾淨衞生，用品齊全。，酒店位置好找，停車位也多，沙灘很近，海水乾淨，服務和周邊環境很滿意，前台小姐姐還會推薦當地小吃，外出景點和路程，在這邊住感覺在自己家一樣，很舒心，這一次旅遊很愉快，如果下次有空還會選擇這邊！

位置和視野都好！可能是比較老舊的問題，明顯牆面有重新刷漆的痕跡，但是衞生間沒有翻新，光線很暗，馬桶邊很黑…一進來廚房枱麪就有小強，第一印象不好，衞生很一般！五一價值是平日的三倍多，感覺不值

設施：酒店設施比較齊全，洗手間用的東西比較齊全，不過毛巾牙刷一次性的用品我們都沒用不予置評
衞生：房間衞生還可以
環境：酒店位置方便，前台給我們升級了房間，房間所在那棟樓過去沙灘很方便，陽台也可以直接看到大海，晚上樓下有人唱歌表演就會有一點點吵，關上陽台的門還能接受，這邊都是公寓式酒店，停車都是在小區裏面比較貴，樓下就有大排檔和早餐店，吃的還是方便
服務：前台服務態度很好，添加酒店管家的微信還會推薦遊玩路線
總的來説還是滿意的

真的很nice，我在網站選了好幾天了，最後才選擇風聆海公寓，也是報着試一試的態度，怕圖片跟現實不一樣，進到房間裏面跟網站圖片一模一樣，陽台直對大海，早上還能看日出，當時太激動了，主要還要表揚前台服務人員太好了，辦理入住的時候還發了趕海攻略和海陵島的攻略給我，讓我找到了方向感，我們詢問這邊有什麼好玩好吃的特產，前台一一解答，雖然設施有點舊，但也能理解，比較近海，但是最重要的是房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，沒有異味，停車也方便，但是需要收費，也不貴，30元一天。

酒店位置位於海陵島十里銀灘的中心，我預訂的是海景大床，前台免費升級個法式主題一線海景房給我，超大陽台，在陽台能一眼覽到整個海岸線，就如圖。房間衞生乾淨，有投影儀，有洗衣機，沒有冰箱，希望店家能配個冰箱，夏天可以冷藏飲料，去沙灘幾分鐘到海邊，這邊可以看日出，日落要在馬尾島看，樓下附近可以租個小電驢.沿着海島開.吹着風遊覽海上的風景簡直完美.
