The room was very tidy and clean. The staff was considerate. The accommodation is in front of Yamanaka lake, near the restaurant and the supermarket.

If travel by car, this is a nice place to stay. Nice view with Mt Fuji at one side and lake at another side. Not congested. The unit is furnished with all necessary amenities. Great place for families.
We managed to grab something from 7-11 near by for a simple breakfast for everyone before our journey.
The only drawback, we have problem during check in. I didn't receive the email for pre check in and we were trying to do it in a cold dark night but it failed. We ended up have to call an international call to get it settled. It will be better if we can communicate with email or WhatsApp.

Booked this place without knowing it’s a pets hotel. Good green for the pets to roam. Facilities is really pet friendly! Overall enjoyed this place! Just a caution that this is a self check in. Please reach out to the hotel line to ask for the pincode in advance. We were abit lost when we did not locate any front desk for check in help.

The room is very nice and comfortable and exceeds our expectations. It can accommodate about 4 adults and even provide a top notch amenities such as good wifi, fully equipped kitchen and washer for a comfortable stay in the unit.

Property was on the lake and had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji if you’re lucky to have a clear day. My 3 kids and I stayed 2 nights and we had one beautiful clear morning.
The place seems new and was stocked with everything you would need for simple meals. There was a washing machine and shower had shampoo, soap, etc.
There are dining options close by and lots of sight seeing a short drive away.
7eleven close by to pick up snacks and few groceries if needed.
