We didn't have dinner there (which we probably should have since the restaurant selection within walking distance is minimal) but had breakfast every morning and it was always tasty and filling.

I stayed at Shiratani Unsuikyo on a 3-night 4-day trip. The menu changed every time for breakfast and dinner, and I enjoyed it with specialties.
