With the constant breeze offshore there is no need for air conditioning and no bugs.The thatched-roof hut has everything you need, with a private bathroom, hot shower, basic kitchen, electricity, and wi-fi. It's natural, rustic and basic so don't expect 4 star accommodation, you are literally on the beach so be prepared for wind, sun and sand.Xpu-Ha is a world class beach with crystal clear waters covering all shades from turquoise to deep blue and purple, with powdery soft white sand and it really can't be beat. Since the beachfront property in Xpuha is mostly privately owned, there are mostly locally owned beach clubs, houses, and plenty of open space, especially at the north end of the beach where you can find a lot of solitude. There is only one big hotel and it is not that big.There are many beachfront restaurants and the Aranza restaurant next to Secreto has great fresh grilled seafood.
