山裡空氣真好，很舒服，天然大氧吧！房間乾淨衞生，前台妹妹很熱情，很有耐心講解景區項目，玩了峽谷漂流，很刺激，山水很涼爽，帶小孩玩了小火車，在網紅佛手拍了照，旅程小朋友玩得很開心，服務滿意，下次還來。

房間環境衞生乾淨舒適，空氣清新，服務人員熱情接待，態度好，晚上還有篝火晚會節目精彩，還有竹竿舞，大團結舞，憑房卡去泡水超舒服的，晚飯就在禪龍峽餐廳吃飯，菜式豐富，味道不錯，第2天，還去坐了小火車。值得推薦，希望下次再來玩。

半山泳池温泉區服務非常非常差，賣泳衣小商店工作人（本地阿姨）全程語氣冷漠敷衍，面對諮詢不僅未耐心解答，反而多次用方言進行辱罵，進行欺趕乘客。且還有一位救生員時不時打斷溝通，進行恐嚇及偏袒，甚至表現出明顯打人意向。其它景點表場。
