The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. A five-star review should honestly reflect the reviewer's experience with the product or service.loved it, I strongly recommend, I enjoyed lot, Thank you to freely hover golden shuitai hot spring town.

有喜歡動物糞便氣味的旅客嗎？有就找對地方了。
酒店座落在一個農場環繞的地方，停車的地方很充足，保安保潔都是熱情有禮，會主動和客人問好。可一進大堂就是另一種態度，總枱服務員的冷漠，透過口罩都能感覺出來。我在攜程訂的是免按金房，總枱才不聽我解釋，就是要收按金。好吧收就收吧也沒啥，衹是覺得你不給攜程面子而已。
到了房間，就知道上一任租客是抽煙的，他的煙灰還在。
早上起來打開陽台門，撲面而來的不是清風，是動物糞便的氣味，很濃！那種氣味已經瀰漫在室外的各個角落，走路去餐廳一路能聞到。早餐不錯，但請你不要輕易選擇室外的餐桌，我旁邊就有一桌美女被薰走的。
温泉裏服務員還是熱情有禮，會主動問你需要茶水嗎？更驚喜的是温泉裏還有幹蒸桑拿！不過要是更衣室和温泉連一起就能少了些尷尬，温泉裏要是毛巾供應足一點就好了，免費的水果能及時補充就好了。温馨提示：泡温泉能上午去就不要選擇晚上去，水質兩碼事。

翔順集團的酒店我全都住過，這個品牌在新興真的沒得説，非常好，清明訂了兩間房，人巨多，新興縣最好的温泉酒店，不敢説是最貴的，因為最貴的在啊六組寺旁邊，最好的必須是，很多玩小朋友玩的設施，還有沖浪池，各種小池子，洞穴冰火兩重天池，幹蒸房，泳池也大，還有機棟樂園，早餐雖然很多人趕上清明假期，很多人，但排下隊也供應的上，房間的毛巾機非常好，乾淨衞生

沒有管家服務！
設施：床墊軟硬適中，床上用品乾淨舒服，特別是枕頭，我們一家都十分滿意。
衞生：衞生間乾濕分離，衞生間還有個毛巾消毒櫃，但沒用過。房間有地毯有點小污漬，不讓娃赤腳，怕臟了上床把床單踩不乾淨。自助餐廳消毒櫃裏杯子不乾淨，油油的
環境：總體環境很休閑，有球場，住的樓下一樓就是温泉，剛好有嘉年華活動有摩天輪和攤位遊戲，但時間不夠，沒去
服務：中規中矩的服務，問前台那個景點酒店送的象窩山，沒多介紹，似乎不想回復太多。
自助晚餐和早餐的出品也可以，就是飲料咖啡都是沖的！有手工做青團，給了二張票，小朋友做了6個，説不能帶走，但我們又吃飽了，衹能放在那白白浪費了，不夠人性化。
住的是07房間，靠近國道，送上門窗也能聽到車流聲，聲音敏感的慎選

設施：房間總的來説很不錯，房間內的温泉很舒適
環境：環境也很漂亮
服務：服務不行跟不上，温泉處不人性，一定要穿泳衣才給進去，不泡温泉表示參觀都不可以，態度強硬，非常不喜歡😠，酒店環境都很好，就是整體的服務不行，除了門口的迎送小姐姐很好以外，整體服務都不熱情，冷淡，不人性化溝通。

我訂的是豪華温泉大床房，包早餐和自助晚餐帶有温泉泡池的。前台幫我升級了特色温泉房，房間不錯，寬敞明亮、陽台望向温泉區景觀開陽。可能是假日吧早餐和晚餐都非常多人，餐廳品種多樣，餐廳也大。還是值得推薦的👍👍

房間被子有點潮；早餐沒有現磨咖啡有點掉檔次；自助早餐中式包點處🈶️幾衹蒼蠅在飛，這個難接受；其他的硬件和服務都還好！酒店套餐包含摩天輪、象窩山和兩大一小早餐！吃早餐時弟弟被叫去量身高，我們弟弟1.25超了1.2米，要加收48元，我們有帶吃的，沒給弟弟補錢，就讓他回去和哥哥在房間吃早餐！（其實這事過去了也沒放在心上，畢竟條款這麼寫，他有收取的理由，我有不吃的自由，不過這件事令我的體驗感確實差了點！）走的時候服務管家讓加微信領小禮物，我們領了一小盒茶葉，後來才知道是讓給好評！管家讓我提意見，我客觀地和管家説了，很多酒店會在早餐上對小朋友身高不會太嚴，或者在入住的時候給送我家兩個小朋友早餐，希望我好評，下次還入住！他們酒店是卡死了小朋友的早餐，令我體驗感不好！不是服務員的錯，而是酒店的理念不好！直戳帶孩子出行家庭遊的心！本來不想評價的，既然酒店讓提意見，那就和大家一起共勉吧！

這是第一次去新興泡温泉，帶着三位長者家去，所以訂了兩個房間
房間是挺新及乾淨的
但是還要吐槽一下入住辦理比較麻煩，要在大堂辦理完入住手續，然後拿着一張憑證再去入住的那棟樓拿房卡，感覺很奇怪
還有進温泉區一定要穿泳衣才能進去，如果想在温泉區再換泳衣是不可以，這操作不太明白為什麼🧐
