很喜歡酒店的整體設計，園林加太極式的入道，一進大堂，服務員就遞茶，一股淡淡的玫瑰花香，清甜清甜的。房間有一個大大的浴缸，用來泡温泉很有新意，服務員會過來幫忙消毒，家人們很喜歡，主要是在房間內泡，隨意撒歡[偷笑]酒店內一排排的桂花秋開着的花香，加上小鳥的歡快聲，安靜清新，巴適得很。值得誇讚的是酒店的服務很不錯，有事找前台，馬上就有迴應，樓層服務員也很禮貌，看見我們就打招呼。這次的出行安排的很滿意，下次再帶着朋友們一起來。祝酒店生意興隆，客從八方來！

出來度假，挑了這家温泉五星酒店，體驗感拉滿！雙床房寬敞舒適，佈置得很温馨。室內泡池超讚，玩累了隨時就能泡，私密性也好。智能馬桶很加分，各種貼心功能讓人幸福感滿滿。浴室乾濕分離，洗澡完全不用擔心弄得到處濕漉漉的。服務人員態度熱情周到，從入住到退房都很舒心。周邊環境也不錯，空氣清新。下次度假還選這兒！

新酒店特地過來體驗的，房間裏有小冰箱，還配備消毒櫃儲存毛巾，這點很滿意，智能馬桶，電動窗簾，這是其他酒店少有的，酒店內還有充電樁，不用外出找地方充電，步行過去國恩寺也就幾分鐘，滿意！

環境不錯，房內設施也完善，比較新。但是房間私湯主打一個私密性，在我們入住泡私湯期間發現酒店外有無人機進行偷拍，至於偷拍什麼無從考究，我們馬上跟前台反應，並主動提供該無人機主車牌，前台反饋並無發現並沒有給予正面迴應，這麼大品牌的酒店居然是這個處理態度，非常不滿意。

環境不錯與宣傳視頻一樣。早餐品種不太多但品質很好。服務員都有禮貌。入住去負一有8個池泡剛好預到換水很不錯。（生薑，牛奶。當歸。桂花。。。）有幾個不記得名字了。有幹，濕蒸和石床。幹蒸的星空頂好看。石床沒開。旁邊有紅茶和羅漢果水喝。唯一就是房間裏的衞生間反味。真的太難聞了。還好我定的是複式房。夠大。關起門沒什麼味，但去洗手間就能聞到。希望儘早整改。五樓還有三個池一般晚上開。玩得很開心。二層兩張1.5米並在一起孩子怎麼睡都行。旁邊有個功能房可以打麻將。一樓大床房的床還是軟了點，對於睡慣硬床的我不怎麼習慣。整體來説還是不錯的。

先説優點，温泉很新很乾凈，員工服務態度都很好，如果去拜神衹需要走5分鐘，周邊10分鐘內步行能有餐館有特產店有咖啡館。
缺點準備好，一大堆呢：1，裝修味道還是很大的 ，對小朋友很不友好。2，廁所反味也很難熬 ，兩晚睡不好。3，洗手液都沒有配套，細節看還是沒準備好的。4，洗澡水壓不穩定 5，毛巾掉毛 6，很大一個問題：晚上關燈之後鏡子按鍵藍光居然末日亮燈反人類設定 （請看圖），馬桶燈，水卡等也衹常亮一整晚的，詭異且痛苦。7，吃了一晚中餐廳服務好但是性價比不高 8，自助早餐桌椅擺放很有問題通道窄走路都很難走 。
總結：可能短期內我們不會再來
