Xi'an Deluxe Hotel (Yunfu Xinxing Branch)

This is my first time staying in a hotel in Xi'an. This time is really unforgettable. After checking in, the room was on the 8th floor. When I entered, I found a large puddle of water on the bathroom floor. It should be caused by the running water of the toilet. Then I called the front desk and asked to change rooms, and they were changed. Moreover, this room was facing a hospital, which made me feel really uncomfortable. I asked the front desk to change the odd number for me, and the front desk changed me to a room with an odd number on the 9th floor. At that time, I felt that the service was satisfactory. The problem arose after I moved into the 9th floor. The air conditioner was not working. At first I didn't feel bad when I opened the window. I thought I wouldn't be able to use the air conditioner. But when I went to bed at night and closed the curtains, I felt very hot and stuffy, so I called Give it to the waiter at the front desk. After the waiter came to see it, he said he would change your room. Oh my God, I had to change rooms three times in total, and the third one was normal. There is also breakfast. You don’t want to eat it. There are so few varieties and it feels very stale. Maybe it’s because there aren’t many guests staying. To be honest, staying in this hotel in Xinxing County for 350 yuan is really bad. The performance is so poor! ! ! ! ! I will never stay at a hotel in Xi'an again!

酒店工作人員非常熱情，前台小姐姐超有禮貌、細緻周到，主動為我們升級房間，入住送愛心果盤，讓人感到舒服，環境不錯，配夽設施齊備一流大氣，地理環境優越，對小朋友很友好，有專用洗漱品和拖鞋，房間温馨舒適，床挺舒服的，出行方便便捷!下次來，還會選擇這家酒店!

位置交通：新開不久的酒店，在六祖鎮過去10幾分鐘車程，到中心城區開車也10分鐘左右。樓下是新街市，算很乾凈，停車免費，車位充足。周邊很多快餐店，對面有一個廣場。 服務：前台服務尚算可以，除了一位英文L開頭的工作人員，木口木麪，面色刷白，有點嚇人，説話也不看人，自顧看電腦。Jessica和曉君都很不錯，還主動送了當地的特產禮物。 房間設施：房間雙床是1.5米雙人床兩張，床墊軟硬適中，而且他們家的窗簾閉合度高，完全遮光。唯一不好就是隔音，能聽到隔壁講話，早上走廊其他房間敲門也聽得很大聲。另外現在的客房設計，一個島台在中間，一邊有門，一邊沒門，如果朋友入住會很尷尬。 早餐：早餐必須吐槽，在一樓，其實就是用了湖南菜餐廳的一部分，從後門進，區域很小很窄。餐具從消毒櫃裏取出，都是水，根本沒有消息，洗完直接放裏面。食物都是預製菜，味道也不好吃，雖然補給及時，但是人太多，空間小，擠一起取餐很危險。

設施：比較齊全，可以聲控，就差一個冰箱，大堂有酷迪咖啡 衞生：很乾凈，新開的 環境：蠻安靜的，房間隔音效果很好 服務：服務員主動送上孩子牙刷拖鞋

非常nice！房間佈局齊全，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種回家的感覺！無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，價格也很合理。這家酒店的前台小姐姐個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到，還提供花茶熱毛巾，有需要都必應解決的，酒店裝修的比較簡約大方，喜歡簡約大氣的第一眼過去都會喜歡上的。出行方便.總體就是挺不錯的，可以過來試試

設施很齊全配有 一次性的洗護小件，拖鞋，電蚊香，充電線等一應俱全，房間也非常乾淨整潔，有其他需要的服務員也會盡心幫我解決。服務員姐姐的態度都是棒棒噠，在樓下打車也是很方便司機直接到酒店門口來接 前台小姐姐還幫我免費延遲一會退房，下次出來玩還要選擇這家酒店

23年新開張的，所以衞生和設備都很新，房間也挺大的，佈局個人感覺也行，而且房間也智能語音控制的，比較滿意，相對於價格，覺得還行 還送了這一些圖片的小禮物
