服务：晚上值班能說廣東話的女職員態度非常差，查詢房間及停車問題沒有耐性解答，還給人感覺她是非常不耐煩，所以都不想問下去。相反第二天早上值班那位說廣東話的男職員態度非常非常好，因晚上女職員沒解答，所以早上再向男職員查詢一下，提問一下已便講解得非常詳細明白，非常心細，真的值得一讚。
卫生：房間廁所浴室分開兩個位置很不方便，而且浴室及廁所都沒有地方掛毛巾或擺方衣服，整體算整潔乾淨。
设施：酒店沒有停車場，只能泊酒店對面馬路邊。還要刻意詢問職員才會提示可供掃碼。

還是很滿意的一次入住體驗，進入大廳乾淨舒服，工作人員也很熱情，介紹附近吃飯的地方，遊玩的地方，房間乾淨明亮而且很温馨，環境很美，電動窗簾真的很棒方便，早餐棒棒的，好吃乾淨，品種多，酒店停車也方便，滿意的很！出差獨家首選的酒店！

酒店的風格很獨特，環境優雅宜人舒適，床鋪舒服安靜睡的很香甜，有免費停車場而且還能有自助洗衣服務，，房間衞生很乾凈很亮堂，空間大，周邊有個大型的商場，超級煩購物很方便，推薦

酒店離車站很近，隔壁就是筠城國際廣場，吃飯購物都很方便，房間給人感覺很舒適，出遊或者出差都很不錯的選擇

新酒店、乾淨、舒適、位置好，隔離就是大商場、sheraton 酒店、江景觀美、泊車方便就在對面🐎路，冲涼間很大很舒服。
早餐餐廳乾淨、餐廳碗碟等都乾淨衞生，收費便可以宜，食物品種不多、但是B&B，旅客都明白，下次來也一定入住和推介給朋友。
但溫馨建議：食物的保溫電掣都是開一陣又把它関掉，早餐完結時間10:00還未到，9:00就把電掣全関掉，食物、飲品全凍。第二天8時40到，電掣又是関掉，（再開也沒用，食物已凍怎保溫？）只有粥是微微有少許溫度，其它的就是「人未走但茶已凍哂」，好味的食物也沒有興趣食，想喝柸熱茶也沒有。
其實早餐你給我一柸「熱」茶或咖啡或豆漿、安排一個小型多士爐我自己烤份熱麵包或熱的蒸包加煑疍已可以，微温或凍的食物、飲品不舒服，尤其現是冬天。
