Hotels near Tsongkha Daci Hongjue Temple in Xining

Awesome value for money. Didn't know this chain, will definitely come back! It's great if you are a foreigner because they do not keep you waiting at the reception for ages while checking you in. The room is very comfortable, did not find it small but the bathroom was a little bit small yes. I love the option to select a non-smoking room while booking, every place should have this! Great service attitude.

Because I have stayed at the Yi Hotel in Xi'an, I also chose the Yi Hotel when I went to Xining this time. The hotel is just downstairs from Wangfujing. It is very convenient for transportation and shopping. There is a snack court downstairs, because the housing prices are more expensive during the tourist season, but The hotel has done a lot of value-added services, including drinks and fruits. The service is very warm. I was asked to wear a short-sleeved shirt when I went out at night. The front desk reminded me to bring a jacket as much as possible. The temperature difference is large and the temperature is cooler at night. It is very considerate and likes it!

Friendly staff. Good location, very close to Mojia Food street. Room was very clean (towels/cups/toiletries all sealed in plastic…!) Main issue was that the room continually smelled of smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. It was coming though the vents and was quite unbearable. Wouldn’t return for this reason alone.

The hotel is average, the front desk service is very good, they will sincerely introduce you to local food, local fun places and mosques. My hair was broken and the girl at the front desk sent it to me to braid my hair, which was very considerate. The security guards are very responsible. Last time my friend had a nail in his tire, they were very moved. My friend specially recommended this hotel for support.

The service in the hotel is good. The concierge greeted me and I got an upgrade. Although the room was old, it was well maintained. The water pressure was good and the room was very warm. It was just in time for Xining to cool down. The kettle needed to be replaced because it was rusty. The breakfast is really good, amazing, both in quality and variety, and in a good environment, hahaha. The chicken soup in the morning is really good, and there is also Qinghai special milk tea. I had yogurt and fruit plate but they were not given to me, so I didn’t enjoy it. Overall It was said that the stay was very good. There is a lot of food in the surrounding lanes. It is not far from Shuijing Lane. There is also Limeng Lane and the museum within walking distance. The transportation is also good. It is a good old hotel, but some parts need to be replaced, such as the kettle. , and a return phone call, very attentive.

Explosive aroma experience 1. The room is quiet, and I don’t hear any sounds from surrounding rooms throughout the day; 2. The room is very comfortable and extremely clean; 3. The front desk service is enthusiastic, Zhang Tingting welcomes you, and you feel a warm sense of happiness; 4. This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. Unexpectedly, it was in Xining, the west of the motherland; 5. You will feel at ease when you arrive at the hotel, and the front desk will answer any questions in a timely manner; 6. I have to start by saying that the reception staff is just amazing. Very lovely and welcoming people. Location is a bit away from main trafic knots. So if you plan to travel around to Qinghaihu or Chaka salt lake you should probably stay closer to the train station as both buses and trains leave to these destinations from there. During the summer season there are a lot of mosquitoes. Rooms are not equiped with a mosquito net or window screen to block them. It is quite hot in the room so we slept with the window open and got bitten all over the place. Didn't get much to sleep during our night long battles with mosquitos. So bare in mind no AC and mosquitos. And unfortunately there was a staff member (male) that was smoking in bathroom that is shared by all the guests of the hotel. As a non smoker I'm completely against such behavior, so hopefully that will be noticed and proper measures put in place.

Pros: 1) Location right beside train station and bus station. 2) Many eateries around the hotel 3) Room is clean and spacious Cons: 1) No aircon. I know it is cool during summer in Xining as well but i think it is a basic requirement for aircon in a hotel. A fan is provided but i think it is not a welcome sight for a hotel with a fan.

The manager of this hotel sally was amazing. She speaks fantastic english and helped us in directions, picking up from airport, booking the trains, and when we lost our baggage in the Airport she went out of her way to help, in alloting the rooms, 10 Star service by her. amazing person and would love to visit. this charming city again and stay in the same Hotel. Location is damn good and her service is amazing. Thank you sally very much from all of us from the Team of 10 people.

The room was quite large and comfortable, but the floor heating was too hot and made it feel very hot. The bed was quite comfortable. The service of the hotel is very good. The front desk is on the 21st floor and the breakfast is on the fifth floor. The breakfast is quite good, with many varieties and good taste. Free parking is available underground. It's very close to the station, just a few minutes walk. It only takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport by taxi.
