Awesome value for money. Didn't know this chain, will definitely come back! It's great if you are a foreigner because they do not keep you waiting at the reception for ages while checking you in. The room is very comfortable, did not find it small but the bathroom was a little bit small yes.
I love the option to select a non-smoking room while booking, every place should have this! Great service attitude.

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

Explosive aroma experience
1. The room is quiet, and I don’t hear any sounds from surrounding rooms throughout the day;
2. The room is very comfortable and extremely clean;

4. This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. Unexpectedly, it was in Xining, the west of the motherland;

A good stay at the Mercure. The location is bit away from the more happening part of the city. Rooms were clean. However the bathroom kits need to be.checked before guests arrive. The front desk was amazing for check in and check out. The breakfast buffet was good. However, care needs to be taken to refill finished items. At the Mercure, its.important to pay attention to these details.

Cons:
1) No aircon. I know it is cool during summer in Xining as well but i think it is a basic requirement for aircon in a hotel. A fan is provided but i think it is not a welcome sight for a hotel with a fan.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, opposite to Wanda, shopping is very convenient, the tea restaurant in the hotel has a comfortable and beautiful environment, and there are also fruits and dried fruits in the room. The most considerate thing is that the suitcases are cleaned up by the room lady and put away A small card, a heart-warming act of service. Mainly, the children in my family like the room more, and the layout inside is more in place. The breakfast is also relatively rich, the noodles in the dine-in area are more delicious😋, and the special cold noodle tastes good, my children like it more. The staff are all very polite and kindly say hello. Let people have the warmth of coming home. It's just that it's relatively dry here. Fortunately, the hotel's free mineral water is also provided unlimitedly, and the room is also equipped with a humidifier for urgent needs. Good value for money. Take the kids out to play. Before leaving, I also helped to send the luggage to the side of the road. The service is superb.

I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the well-appointed bathroom offered all the necessary amenities.
The hotel's dining options were equally impressive. The on-site restaurant served a wide variety of delicious local and international cuisines. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering a generous selection of dishes to satisfy all tastes. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's bar.
One highlight of my stay was the attentiveness and genuine care shown by the hotel staff. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.

JJamesHarrisI will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

GGuest UserA very nice hotel, just next to Xining Station. It is very convenient to check in when traveling. I have to say that the hotel service is very good. Zhuoma and Xiaoma at the front desk gave a bottle of hot mineral water after check-in. It was so considerate, despite the weather. It was very cold, and it stopped being cold all of a sudden. It must be praised! The breakfast coupon was given in the morning and the souvenir was given after the invoice was issued after leaving the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay.

1. When checking in or going to the front desk to inquire about things, the front desk staff will take the initiative to greet and inquire at any time, with a gentle and polite attitude, and specially arranged a room with a view for me. Standing in front of the window, I can see the central square. The Wangfujing Department Store and other scenery in front of it are very considerate. After going upstairs, because the hotel is circular, I was looking for my room in circles. When I met the cleaning lady, she took the initiative to ask and took me to her room, a very friendly lady.
2. I booked with Ctrip for one day, and stayed directly at the front desk for another two days. When I went out, I met the cleaning lady, and I said something casually, to help me clean up the room briefly, and add more water. As a result, I returned to the room at night, unexpectedly There are 8 bottles of water in total. Sorry for my ignorance, such a refreshing hotel is rare. Praise praise praise praise!
3. After checking out with my luggage, a spirited guy in a uniform coat asked me if I wanted to take a taxi after going downstairs. After I said yes, he stood on the side of the road and started to help me take a taxi. There was still some snow, and the weather was very cold while the snow was melting. I'll take a taxi by myself, but he said it's all right, and he continued to help me take a taxi. After getting the taxi, he helped me move the suitcase to the trunk and said goodbye politely. I was very moved and enjoyed the treatment of a five-star hotel.
It's a pity that this time I went out early and returned late this time in a hurry. There was breakfast for two days when I renewed at the front desk, but I didn't have time to eat it. Next time I go back to Xining, I will stay here again, and I will eat and see again, haha.
Bit by bit, it makes people feel warm. The service in my hometown has reached such a high level. I believe it will attract more people to travel and invest, and the economy of my hometown will definitely develop more vigorously. Thank you Jianyin Hotel.

When I checked in at the counter and saw the Wangzai doll logo, I suddenly realized that it was a hotel under a food brand group. In addition to the high-ceiling counter lobby, business room type and large bathtub in the bathroom of traditional star hotels, the decoration inside and outside the room is very characteristic of the group. The room is comfortable and there are free snacks and air sterilizers of the group brand inside. The location is about 30 minutes by bus from the high-speed rail station. Next to it is the busy pedestrian street, food street and bus station. There is an airport bus stop 20 minutes away on foot, and life and transportation are very convenient

It is very convenient for transportation and shopping. There is a snack court downstairs, because the housing prices are more expensive during the tourist season, but The hotel has done a lot of value-added services, including drinks and fruits. The service is very warm. I was asked to wear a short-sleeved shirt when I went out at night. The front desk reminded me to bring a jacket as much as possible. The temperature difference is large and the temperature is cooler at night. It is very considerate and likes it!
