Upgraded the room for free at the store, the big one is a bit outrageous! Atour is as good as ever, the bed is very comfortable, the supporting facilities are perfect, the most exaggerated is a large library across multiple floors, there are many books suitable for children to read. There is a business district around, eating is completely OK. Health needs to be improved, the room decoration project is a bit sloppy, many places have not been wiped with seam fillers, and there is still some dust on the ground and long hair left by others. I will definitely choose Atour next time, the bed is too comfortable.

I was on a high-speed trip and booked a temporary room. It was already after 1 o'clock at night when we arrived at the store, and the reception at the front desk was warm. The hotel is very new, clean and tidy, and the rooms and corridors are heated. The room is equipped with humidifier and hairdryer. Breakfast is open until 10 o'clock. It is very user-friendly and has a rich menu. The key price is really good, I will stay here next time.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

The location of the hotel is very good, opposite to Wanda, shopping is very convenient, the tea restaurant in the hotel has a comfortable and beautiful environment, and there are also fruits and dried fruits in the room. The location of the Boli Yabu Hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of shops around.
Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Xiao Yang. She helped us with the check-in and showed us the room. We also got a free upgrade to room with a nice view.
The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a free welcome snack and some fruits.
We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again when returning to Xining.

This is a very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the beds are comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. GGuest UserA very nice hotel, just next to Xining Station. It is very convenient to check in when traveling. I have to say that the hotel service is very good. Zhuoma and Xiaoma at the front desk gave a bottle of hot mineral water after check-in. It was so considerate, despite the weather. It was very cold, and it stopped being cold all of a sudden. It must be praised! The breakfast coupon was given in the morning and the souvenir was given after the invoice was issued after leaving the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay.

GGuest UserA good stay at the Mercure. The location is bit away from the more happening part of the city. Rooms were clean. However the bathroom kits need to be.checked before guests arrive. The front desk was amazing for check in and check out. The breakfast buffet was good. However, care needs to be taken to refill finished items. At the Mercure, its.important to pay attention to these details.

When I checked in at the counter and saw the Wangzai doll logo, I suddenly realized that it was a hotel under a food brand group. In addition to the high-ceiling counter lobby, business room type and large bathtub in the bathroom of traditional star hotels, the decoration inside and outside the room is very characteristic of the group. The room is comfortable and there are free snacks and air sterilizers of the group brand inside. The location is about 30 minutes by bus from the high-speed rail station. Next to it is the busy pedestrian street, food street and bus station. There is an airport bus stop 20 minutes away on foot, and life and transportation are very convenient

It is very convenient for transportation and shopping. There is a snack court downstairs, because the housing prices are more expensive during the tourist season, but The hotel has done a lot of value-added services, including drinks and fruits. The service is very warm. I was asked to wear a short-sleeved shirt when I went out at night. The front desk reminded me to bring a jacket as much as possible. The temperature difference is large and the temperature is cooler at night. It is very considerate and likes it!
