I am an old customer and I come here every time. The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The surrounding environment is good, it is convenient to eat, and it is clean and tidy. The cost performance is relatively high. Not far ahead, you can take the airport bus directly to the airport at the entrance of Sofitel Hotel. It is very convenient and you don't have to rush.

The location of the Boli Yabu Hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of shops around. Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Xiao Yang. She helped us with the check-in and showed us the room. We also got a free upgrade to room with a nice view. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a free welcome snack and some fruits. We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again when returning to Xining.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. It is surrounded by the business district. Wanda, Elephant City, and Minmetals Plaza are all nearby. It can be said that the location is unbeatable! The hotel lobby is clean and bright, and the decorative paintings on the walls are very tasteful. It is as simple as it should be. The room is large, and it is very warm in winter, but it is a bit too hot. The central air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature, which is a shortcoming. I hope it can be rectified and optimized. The cleaning is clean, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the room facilities are complete. It is really great that the whole room is smart and does not require a card to access electricity. The atomized glass is also one of the features that enhances happiness. The room facilities are all new. It is said that a hotel cannot do without service, so I have to mention the switchboard Xiaohui. He patiently answered all my questions and I have to give him a thumbs up for his professionalism, including asking about room facilities, introducing the room, and surrounding attractions. There is an underground parking lot for convenient parking, the room is clean, the surrounding environment is good, it deserves to be the best in Xining, the breakfast is very average, the service staff has a weak sense of service, they did not take the initiative to open the door when getting off the car, help with the luggage, the front desk did not smile, and the housekeeper was like a non-existent.

Excellent location close to shopping and subway, heart of town. The lovely staff especially the housekeeping team at Floor 9B and the courteous and helpful staff at the restaurant. We loved the complimentary tea breaks and 银耳汤 and did lots of laundry as they thoughtfully provided 3 machines and a dryer in their laundry room. We had just spent 8 dusty days travelling Qinghai and Gansu so this amenity is such a blessing before we continue our journey to Shanghai. What I didnt like was that the hotel was located in a building shared with a few other hotels and lots of offices so the lift has lots of other people sharing and somehow isnt private and is slow. Also to hail a cab, you need to go out to the main road because the building has no driveway. But for the price we pay, the value way exceeds the cons.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

WIFI, basically easy to use, OK. Breakfast, many varieties, are basically eating state. Disadvantages, the room is very hot, 9.1 I can't sleep, I sweat at any time, my friend lives opposite it is very good, not hot, the gap is really big.

The beauty at the front desk was very good. With so many people storing their luggage, she could remember which luggage belonged to which person. She had a great memory. I stayed here for one night on October 2nd and felt good. I booked here again on October 5th after returning from Qilian. On the 5th, the girl at the front desk reminded me of the discount on the room rate, which saved me a lot. This was really good. The front desk also upgraded me to a view room with a nice view outside the window, which was a small park. The room was very large and comfortable. I came to play during the National Day holiday, and the room was not cold at all. The temperature was suitable. There were welcome fruits, and the variety was very rich. The big tea table was very practical. The breakfast was also good, and there was no additional charge for children under 1.4 meters. I ordered takeout in the evening, but the robot didn't deliver it all, so the waiter delivered it himself. The overall service was very good. The hotel is not far from Xining Zoo, and I took my baby to the zoo by the way, which was quite fun. It is also not far from Xining High-speed Railway Station.

Amazing hotel with superb facilities. Best breakfast buffet we had anywhere in China. We used the pool, sauna, steam, gym, ping pong, and billiards facilities, and got nails done at the salon. Everything was great, and the staff was always super friendly. Likewise in the ******* cultural goods shop and at the concierge desk. All around excellent stay.

It was my first time in Xining, Qinghai. I looked at many hotels and chose Mercure. It is very close to Wanda Plaza and Tangdao. There are many restaurants and snacks with Qinghai characteristics nearby. The front desk staff was enthusiastic. When I checked in, I upgraded the room for free and introduced us to fun places nearby. It was a very satisfying trip.
