I recently stayed at Xining Hot Spring Holiday Hotel and I was very satisfied with my stay. I especially want to write a good review for this hotel. First of all, the hotel's front desk staff was very considerate and gave me a free room upgrade and breakfast. Throughout our stay, the staff maintained a smiling and friendly attitude, always attentive to every guest's needs, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. Secondly, the hotel's facilities are very complete. The bed in the room was comfortable and soft, giving me a good night's sleep. The shower in the bathroom has strong water flow, making bathing more comfortable. The hotel also provides high-speed and stable wireless network, allowing me to stay in touch with friends and family anytime and anywhere. The hotel's food and beverages are of excellent quality. Centrally located in a high rise building but busy. The room is small and breakfast is served with a budget hotel. Food is basic and and seats are crowded. What troubled me is my prepaid online advanced booking for a business room. When checked in at 9pm, front desk could not find my booking and took 20 minutes to find out the back office had made a mistake. My prepaid business room was occupied by another guest and I was given a standard room without any compensation. As it's late in the evening, I have no choice but accepted it. The hotel owed me an explanation

The location is good. I stayed one more day because I got up a little late and there was not much left in the restaurant. I ate a little in a hurry, but fortunately I was full.
