這次住的酒店體驗感超棒，必須來分享下！
一走進酒店大堂，寬敞明亮的空間、精緻典雅的裝修，還有熱情周到的前台服務，瞬間就讓我好感倍增。辦理入住手續的速度很快，工作人員還貼心地介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務。
房間佈置得温馨又舒適，床品柔軟乾淨，讓我一夜好眠。房間的衞生也做得無可挑剔，每個角落都一塵不染。智能設備也很加分，操控起來方便又有趣。
酒店的餐飲也很出色，早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮，味道也很不錯。
健身房和游泳池設施齊全，維護得很好。我在健身房鍛鍊了一會兒，器材用起來很順手。游泳池的水質清澈，遊起來很舒服。
酒店的地理位置也很優越，周邊有很多餐廳和商場，出行購物都很方便。
這次入住體驗真的太讚了，無論是服務、設施還是環境，都無可挑剔。強烈推薦給大家！下次有機會，我一定還會選擇這家酒店。

房間價格還可以，下面就是飯店有1點點不足，在於位置比較偏，而且飯店的味道容易串上來 不過好處在於想吃特色的話，就在2樓很方便

第一次來青海西寧旅遊，沒見過態度這麼惡劣的酒店和工作人員 我跑的慢一點就折在裏面，裏面衞生臟亂差 各位外地像我一樣的旅客一定不要上當

去了我説我是如家會員，前台説她們老闆跟如家有矛盾，所以不享受會員優惠，然後聽我在攜程上訂的便宜，不讓我第二天續住，説訂滿了，要不就不要住了，昨天到店十點多，一家大小，外面風雨交加，我們在攜程上看好了，她們因為這些小事出言不遜，我就在想，你們既然不享受如家攜程平台的管理，為什麼還掛攜程如家。我們如果不是因為攜程和如家也不會去。放假206她們覺得吃虧了。

酒店其他的還行 重點主要是前台的服務員，服務態度極差 、極差 本來過來旅遊的 被他搞得都沒啥心情了 一副裝腔作勢的樣子。真讓人厭惡 那天晚上下着大雨又冷 晚上11點多 我入住酒店，因為我朋友未成年（也就差幾天）未成年入住酒店，正常流程都是前台登記監護人訊息 然後酒店管理核實 就可以入住酒店 不知道他什麼原因 我一去他是堅決不讓入住 而且一副不耐煩和瞧不起人的樣子，態度十分惡劣，因為他們酒店偏離主城區周邊也沒啥人，大晚上下雨我也打不着車，所以就報了警 ，警察來了之後他居然説因為我朋友未成年 他酒店負不了責任 並且他也不知道我們衹要登記監護人訊息就可以入住（感覺完全沒有培訓過酒店管理）真是搞笑 負不了責任你開什麼酒店 他就是因為我們大晚上辦理入住 像是打擾他休息 拿這件事無限放大 不給我們辦理入住手續 最後警察同志 幫助我們在酒店正常登記後入住了 大家一定慎重這家酒店

垃圾，早餐壓根就不存在，早餐券説要去隔壁用，隔壁根本不認
屋子裡臟亂差，奇臟無比，枕巾沒有洗，被罩有痕跡
走廊都發黴了，地毯上都是垃圾
