Vienna Hotel (Xining Huangzhong Lianhu Park Store)

The check-in experience was great. The lady at the front desk was efficient and enthusiastic. She provided smiling service throughout the whole process and helped with the luggage, which was very heartwarming. The room facilities were brand new and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the facilities were complete. I highly recommend it!

This is my third time staying at this hotel. This time the carpet in the room I was given had a lot of stains and damages. In order to avoid any disputes over the deposit, I had to take photos to record the damages myself. On the first day of check-in, I paid for two days' room rate at the front desk, but the front desk staff only registered us for one day. At noon the next day, I was called in the Great Sutra Hall of Ta'er Monastery to ask whether I wanted to check out or extend my stay. I have already paid for two days, what do you think? Then I came back and couldn't open the door. I found out that I had only used the room card for one day, so I ran up and down the stairs to get a new room card. The worst thing was that the receptionist had a cold but did not wear a mask when he received us and instead coughed directly at us. My husband and I were very disgusted by this behavior at the time. Sure enough, we both started to have cold symptoms that night and had a severe cold the next day. We had no choice but to give up the rest of our plateau itinerary and change our route to Xi'an. After reporting the situation to the manager, the hotel apologized and gave me three blind boxes containing bracelets made of fake pearls. For the vacation we had finally arranged, the itinerary we had planned for a long time, the pilgrimage that had to be interrupted, a few words of apology and three blind boxes meant nothing at all. What's even more outrageous is that on the last night, the hotel's floor heating was turned off and the shower water was not hot. I took a thermometer and the water was 41 degrees Celsius. The water was not cold, but it felt cold when taking a shower. The impact of the hotel on our trip cannot be compensated by a few words of apology. I come to Ta'er Temple every year and have stayed here three times. I have also recommended it to friends, but this is the worst experience. I will not recommend staying here to anyone again.

房間乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐很熱情給升級了房型，房間空調很給力特別的舒服，電梯上下都有安保人員給刷卡，點外賣還有機器人給送特別方便，尤其是停車場停車很方便的，下次還會再來的呦

衞生：很差，地毯都是臟的，根本沒有清理。而且一大清早服務人員敲門，説衞生沒有清理乾淨過來看看是怎麼回事？你大清早敲門別人不睡覺嗎？ 環境：一般 設施：沐浴露和洗髮水都是後灌進去的，2024年生產，一年都不用完一瓶嗎？嚴重是假牌子，哪來的茶香味，瓶子是真的，洗髮水和沐浴露後加入。沒有想到一個連鎖企業會是這個樣子。 服務：服務就別提了，因為夜裡到達，到的比較晚，前台有些很不耐煩，細節就不用描述了，酒店自己有監控，聽取自己的工作人員語音吧。 早餐🥣也很差，連雞蛋都洗不乾淨，你説能好到哪裡去呢？

很不錯，離塔爾寺很近，走路半小時能到。而且入住比較便捷，需要車停在地下，跟着指示走就行，晾衣服的地兒比較寬敞 不過早餐略微簡單了一些，牛奶兑水太多了

位置近塔爾寺，交通便利，有停車場，房間乾淨整潔，安靜舒適，前台服務態度超好，希望下一次來青海西寧旅遊繼續入住。
