Very nice and polite staffs especially Miss Huang. Hotel is very near Xining train station, view from hotel room is great. Easy to flag a taxi from hotel, there is free use of washing machine which is great for our dirty laundry. I got a free upgrade and gifts😊 Hotel provide very clean slippers in the bathroom, bathroom and toilet is separate Highly recommend this hotel will stay here if I visit Xining again 👍

前台服務熱情，給我們升了房間。走路去離高鐵站特方便，還送了歡迎水果，太驚喜了，大大的贊。有洗衣機和烘乾機，方便了旅途的洗滌。

酒店離高鐵站步行10分鐘左右，周邊沒啥飲食，但是打車去夜市也就是幾塊錢而已，酒店前台的妹妹們態度也很好，還免費贈送了早餐券，離店又送了伴手禮。整體衞生情況也是可以的

看了網友的推薦才選擇的這家。
設施：還不錯，配套還算齊全，衞生間洗涑用品衹有牙刷牙膏，沒有梳子，浴帽，一次性馬桶墊，梳子無所謂，但是 ，馬桶墊和浴帽還是應該配上的。
衞生：還算乾淨，用濕巾抹桌子還是有點洗頭髮之類，整體還是可以的。
環境：就在火車站旁邊，步行10分鐘以內可以進西寧站，非常方便。也算是鬧中取靜，樓層高，不吵。旁邊全季還有低層，那肯定非常吵。
服務：還可以。洗衣房設定不太合理，建議再加一個烘乾機。
雖然沒有空調，但是，有個小電扇也可以，還有加濕器，另外，房間非常大，床也是1.35，感覺非常不錯！
床品質量非常好，睡得很舒服。
居然還有免費的電視看，也是亮點。
早餐也過得去，酸奶很好喝。

優勢：房間很乾凈，離火車站步行10分鐘，在攜程上訂的一日遊也在酒店門口接，服務態度非常好。 不足： 因為酒店周邊是火車站還有個高架橋，晚上睡覺比較吵，第二天本想換個房間但因為回來太晚了，就沒折騰。西寧的酒店據説都沒有空調，晚上關窗户睡實在悶，房間配了空調扇，但聲音比較大。

高鐵出來幾分鐘就到。房間挺大，酒店朝向一般，如果要西邊的會西曬，比較熱，要北邊的有火車，稍微有點吵，但能接受，好過西邊熱的房間。
服務：前台服務人員很好，房間阿姨態度好臭，衞生不好，床單發現污漬，讓換，阿姨臉很臭，衞生打掃的很差，床單，毛巾都發現污漬，這還是出去玩這麼多次，第一次在酒店發現臟的床單和毛巾，紙巾盒抽到後面打開一看表面一層平整的，中間就是之前用過的都沒整理平整，全都亂七八糟窩中間，紙有的感覺還像使用過沒拿掉直接壓裏面了，也不知道把用過的有沒有抽乾淨。
