A welcome sight not far from where the Airport bus drops. 12 minutes walk to the main railway station - if you like steep stairs on the underpass. Convenient walk to Dogguan Mosque site, local restaurants and City Mall. Grandiose lobby (where you check in) is on the 21st floor. Many facilities on different floors, but most seemed shuttered and unavailable. Hallway and room were in excellent condition. Nice room layout and view of the city. However, shower room light would not turn off at night. Study desk was a bit wobbly. Muslim Specialty restaurant has a high end menu but the sofas are not suited for dining, I think. Hotel's free vegetarian breakfast buffet was very tasty.

We booked this hotel as a stopover before we took the train to Lhasa. Location is perfect, next to the train station. absolute recommendation. Staff is helpful.

Very near to the train station if u r catching an outbound train to somewhere or lhasa! But there are not much shops and malls near the hotel, being the old or muslim quarters...

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

Great location, very close to the train station. Nice room and everything is fine. The only thing is the smell of smoke. If you don’t mind it then it’s great. Otherwise, I would pick something that has a little more control over where people can smoke.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the train station… Let me narrate, the journey from Beijing to Xining was two days in total. It was very cold on the first day, so I called the front desk to ask for two quilts. The room attendant brought them and said, you don’t need two quilts… On the second day, I had a one-day tour. I left at six and came back at nine. As soon as I entered the room, the cold medicine that I had only taken one pill and placed on the table was gone. My family’s and my chargers were also missing. People who travel frequently mark their belongings, and then I searched in all the possible places… Finally I found it in my suitcase… But it was definitely not put there by us, because we are used to carrying things with us at all times… I was very angry and called the front desk, and the front desk staff said without hesitation, wait a minute, I just took over and don’t know, I’ll ask for you… Haha, those are the original words! Ten minutes later, the hotel housekeeping supervisor came and I narrated what happened, including the bathrobe in the room's bathroom and the garbage that was not picked up in the bathroom. I took photos to record them all… Ten minutes later, the night shift waiter came and cleaned up what was not cleaned during the day. After the manager learned about the situation, he sent a fruit plate and said he had confirmed it with the day shift waiter… Our things were indeed moved because someone else in the other rooms politely checked out and asked the waiter to help clean up, but the waiter remembered the wrong room number… Hahaha, everyone consider the experience for yourself. I am traveling with my family and the scenery in Xining is beautiful… However… what do you think?

The hotel is located near Xining Station, which is convenient for getting on and off at Xining Station. Ms. Han at the front desk is conscientious and meticulous in her work. The hotel room is large and fully equipped, but the computer desk in the room is a bit shaky.

I stayed in Xining for one night during Qinggan Tourism. The hotel is located in the city center, very close to Xining Station. Shopping is convenient. There is an underground parking lot. The front desk service is very good. The only drawback is that the check-in at the lobby is on the top floor, the 21st floor, which is a bit troublesome.

The room is of suitable size and bright. It is recommended to add a sofa to the large twin room. The service is generally satisfactory but the emergency handling needs to be improved. The breakfast is relatively rich.

The sanitation is not cleaned properly, and most of the parking spaces are occupied by the hotel (a total of more than 20 underground parking spaces). I would like to point out and tell everyone that there is no relationship between this Kaiyuan and that Kaiyuan, and the service is completely different from that of Zhejiang Kaiyuan. In particular, the restaurant is halal food. I originally planned to go out for a month and book a Jiangnan-style restaurant to eat, but... It's even more ridiculous that the five-star hotel charged 5 yuan for paper towels (the hotel did not provide any other paper towels and sanitary products). I reported the problem at the time, but it seemed that it had just happened when I checked out, and they said that they would give me a discount next time, and they said it was a joke.
