Same room category but better room quality than last time we stayed.
Very unfriendly handling of getting our luggage from the rental car, but very friendly service inside.
All in all a very good choice for downtown Xining.

A welcome sight not far from where the Airport bus drops. 12 minutes walk to the main railway station - if you like steep stairs on the underpass. Convenient walk to Dogguan Mosque site, local restaurants and City Mall.
Grandiose lobby (where you check in) is on the 21st floor. Many facilities on different floors, but most seemed shuttered and unavailable.
Hallway and room were in excellent condition. Nice room layout and view of the city. However, shower room light would not turn off at night. Study desk was a bit wobbly.
Muslim Specialty restaurant has a high end menu but the sofas are not suited for dining, I think. Hotel's free vegetarian breakfast buffet was very tasty.

We booked this hotel as a stopover before we took the train to Lhasa. Location is perfect, next to the train station. absolute recommendation. Staff is helpful.

Very near to the train station if u r catching an outbound train to somewhere or lhasa! But there are not much shops and malls near the hotel, being the old or muslim quarters...

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

Great location, very close to the train station. Nice room and everything is fine. The only thing is the smell of smoke. If you don’t mind it then it’s great. Otherwise, I would pick something that has a little more control over where people can smoke.

The hotel is located on the roadside. It is a high-end hotel. Although it has been established for a long time, the basic design is still good. The hotel front desk is on the 21st floor. The waiter on the first floor warmly welcomes and instructs. The enthusiastic waiter upgraded the room. The room is spacious, clean and bright. The bedding is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very convenient to use. (But there are two small suggestions; 1. Is the basket for toiletries in the bathroom too small? 2. Can a small platform for mobile phones be installed in the toilet?) In addition, the breakfast is very rich and the service staff is also in place. Parking in front of the door is convenient and safe. The security personnel are also very responsible and enthusiastic to introduce the route of the scenic spots. In short, it is a very satisfactory stay experience! Highly recommended!
