HanTing Hotel (Xining Haihu New Area Wanda Plaza West)

We checked in at 1am in the morning. We were already very tired but somehow we had to accept the morning grumpiness of the front desk clerk. The first time, the service attitude was very good, and the environment was also very good, so I booked the second time, which is also the last time. The attitude of the front desk staff on duty is very, very bad. If you don't want to work, don't go to work. If you can't do it, don't do it. Don't lose your temper with customers. The hotel environment is overall very good and clean. It is recommended to stay, but the service experience is very poor~

不算漢庭比較好的酒店，細節處不夠好，標間靠窗户處的窗簾不好拉，這個價位值得一副電動窗簾和智能房間設施。 酒店工作人員熱情，服務不錯，但打掃衞生時把靜音耳塞當垃圾扔掉了，以及第二天掛了個請勿打擾的門牌還是進來了。請多培訓。 忘記拍照了
