The service was professional and friendly with staff willing to go the extra mile by bringing my luggage to the room and providing a fruit plate. The room had a beautiful view of the city. I had the rare choice of taking a bath or shower in a room with a modern, but cozy freshly decorated appearance.

We had a very nice stay in this Hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. They were able to provide information needed. The room was also nice and spacious. It’s comfortable to go around the city because the location is convenient. Thank you Qinghai Hotel for accommodating us.🤗

The hotel has a great location, excellent environment and service, free fruit and upgraded rooms. I recommend staying in this hotel when you come to Xining for the first time.

The guy at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. He also gave me a cup of yogurt when I checked in. I also upgraded my room. However, the door of this room made a very loud sound when it was opened and closed, probably because no one had stayed there for a long time.

I booked a standard room and used the upgrade privilege to upgrade to a deluxe standard room. The service was very good, the breakfast was also rich, and you could ask for takeaway.
