在西寧這麼多年，這個酒店第一次入住，朋友推薦的，感覺真的挺好的，前台的小妹妹和客房的大姐服務都很熱情，客房也乾淨整潔，最值得推薦的是這個床墊真的很舒服，睡眠質量很好，因為青海天乾物燥，服務員還多送了幾瓶礦泉水，臨近過年了，大家也都挺辛苦的，給個好評👍

大家千萬不要訂這家店，我是特意找帶空調到酒店，這家空調等於沒有，10點回到房間開空調，越開越熱，打給客服説是要設定温度到26℃才製冷，按要求調完，1個小時後空調升高2℃，完全不製冷，後繼續打給客服要求換房，0點換到隔壁房説是肯定製冷，等到0點30發現空調又開始升温，又打客服，客服説是工程部來看了，已經打開了泵，保證今晚製冷，開始確實製冷，以為能睡個好覺，睡到6點半突然鼻子噴鼻血，口裡幹到要命，趕緊看空調，從晚上23℃又升到26℃，和暖氣一樣，我嗓子乾燥到要命！早上和前台理論，説是他們家空調12點以後就停了，可我昨晚10點多回來就沒製冷了，前言不搭後語而且你空調開放時間為啥不提前説？這是啥服務？而且早餐到餐廳也沒空調，吃個早飯也要熱一身汗！這種店到配置連民宿都不如，0分都給高了！什麼垃圾4星！我奉勸大家，不怕熱死你就訂！不怕熱死你就訂！不怕熱死你就訂！

服務最多給一分的酒店！本來5天的青海小環線很完美，卻偏偏在五四酒店遇到了不愉快。因為行程最後一天要去省博，所以定了距離很近的五四。辦入住時等了好長時間，説他們慢前台還理所當然的樣子。攜程訂單裏確認過的延遲退房到14：00，前台不承認，爭論之後才不耐煩的説那就給你延到2點。吃早餐時刷卡的服務員還把我們的房卡錯拿給了其他人。早餐品種很少，8點半去的已經不再補食物了，大多數都已見底。住宿期間，見到的服務員沒有説過一句禮貌用語，沒有見到一個笑臉。酒店下面十幾層是商場和寫字樓，出入人員較雜。以上全是客觀描述，給大家避雷。
