體驗很好，我們是直接去酒店的，去的時候運氣不好下雨了，前台芊芊小姐姐很認真的給我們推薦套餐和房子，辦理速度超快，很贊👍停車也是免費的，超級喜歡海賊王的星空頂，值得推薦呢！

提前訂2套海洋雙床房，晚上0點到，沒有預留房間，説是我們到太晚了才導致沒有房間了。酒店外面燈都不亮，服務員態度差，房間插電卡位置鬆動，導致電箱異響，半夜還停電了，房間衞生差，洗手間，窗户等地方，好多灰塵，馬桶蓋是木頭的，坐上去咔咔響。早餐一般。

帶兩個小朋友暑假去童夢樂園遊玩，選了這個主題酒店帶兩天多園門票的酒店套票，房間很大很乾凈，還有贈送果盤。房內複式結構，海賊王主題，小朋友非常喜歡，都説比熊貓酒店和企鵝酒店還好，離各園區也很近，總之是一次滿意的出行。

前台小黃，小張服務態度好，酒店設備設施也不錯，房間裏面可以直接看到水世界，水世界裏麪也可以泡温泉，孩子玩的很開心，下次還會再來的，如果大家要旅遊推薦來這邊，晚上還有表演節目的，篝火晚會呀，煙花秀之類的，很不錯的一次體驗

這次是一家人過來玩的，過來的時候遲了，大堂經理南經理耐心幫忙解決問題，孩子們也很喜歡放假的問題，酒店從進大堂到房間充滿色彩和主題，大堂前台的小姐姐們介紹是博物館級別，整個酒店非常具有一個海洋元素的特色，服務很好，衞生也很好，硬件設施設備也很好，整個一個五星級酒店的標準，整體體驗感特別好，孩子們玩水也很喜歡，從樂園到酒店整體效果很棒，並不是有些人説的這兒不好那兒不好那種，真的特別推薦來童夢樂園玩就住這家酒店，尤其前台的服務特別棒，非常感謝南經理這次的協調工作和處理事物的方式方法和服務態度，真心推薦🌸🌸

住了酒店西側臨街的大床房，半夜有騎摩託車炸街，其餘時間不吵，景觀非常好；大床房床普通1.8，房間面積挺大，就是我們住的那間房的淋浴噴頭壞了掛不住還亂呲水，再沒bug；早餐吃了很不錯種類多，晚飯在酒店二樓自己點單也吃了，色香味俱全價格還實惠~帶了兩歲小孩去童夢樂園，酒店房費包含樂園門票，遊樂場入住期間能多次出入，孩子中午還回房間睡了午覺，這點太讚了!前台接待辦理入住很快速不等待，酒店經理Sam態度好能力強，遇到的問題都能很好解決!

跟所有差評客户涉及的點都一樣，第一服務態度方便，前台的整體服務態度和素質還不如該酒店保潔阿姨的素質，至少保潔阿姨看見客人還會微笑，酒店前台，尤其是一個大油背頭的男前台，真是很**啊，不知道他優越感的點在哪裡！第二房間整體一般，定的超豪華親子套房，1700一晚，大床床單居然沒有換過，把杯子拉開，床單直接是睡過沒換的，其餘小床就是個臟兮兮的破床墊上鋪的床單被套，床上也皺巴巴的不乾淨，價格與硬件設施整體相差太大，不建議大家住這種房子！第三早餐實話跟其它客人評價的一樣，幾乎啥都沒有，8點多過去，就剩一點殘羹剩飯，酒店也確實質量不補充，就是那種，愛吃不吃，反正就這些了！其它再不想一一列舉了，總之，作為西寧的親子旅遊特色點，着實浪費資源，也打了青海的旅遊品牌，建議好好跟其它酒店學習一下酒店品牌和整體素質吧！
