酒店非常不錯，衞生很好，入住很舒服特別點贊前台工作人員，非常熱心酒店位處於城東區，距火車站很近，離下南關街市也不遠推薦

住之前內心忐忑 看這家酒店評分這麼低得是有多不好 結果這是我此行性價比最高的酒店 8月初 300塊錢的套間 還帶兩個衞生間 咱就不要啥自行車了 床也舒適 是我喜歡的軟度 唯一的就是西寧酒店窗户都太小了 不止這家 想通風透氣就不是很過癮

但是寄存行李服務很差，旅客行李存放就是自己放大廳角落，沒有服務人員管理！退房時想和前台服務要一瓶礦泉水，説是要自費！在西寧住了3家酒店，退房離開時拿水時是免費，就西寧祥雲山水酒店多要一瓶水需要自費的房間整體還算乾淨！

前台接待服務態度極其惡劣，問前台愛答不理，讓人覺得心寒，在大廳足足等了26分鐘，投訴前台，酒店經理也一樣抬槓無視，這樣的酒店讓人感覺花錢住酒店受氣，建議大家不易選擇這樣的酒店

服務：周到，是我們每次來昆明必選的酒店，服務態度很好👍，價格也很便宜。設施：齊全，所有的配置全部都有衞生：乾淨整潔環境：優雅衹能説太贊太棒了！我是晚上十二點下的飛機，打電話很快就來接機了，是專門酒店接送的商務車，進酒店之後，有電梯上下樓，不用提行李上去很方便，房間乾淨整潔，有空調，可以看電視，熱水也很足，完全不用擔心。酒店門口就有公交車站非常方便，坐Z111路公交衹需要幾站就能到地鐵站了，酒店門口打車也是非常方便的
