Boli Yabu Hotel

The location of the Boli Yabu Hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of shops around. Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Xiao Yang. She helped us with the check-in and showed us the room. We also got a free upgrade to room with a nice view. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a free welcome snack and some fruits. We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again when returning to Xining.

The room was specious, very clean and perfectly equipped. Service is good and breakfast appropriate. However, the hotel is huge and has a big number of guests and the hotel doesn’t have adequate number of staff to service everyone at the same time. I highlight that many guests go in big groups and visit each other’s rooms frequently, causing a lot of noise. I think this is all quite inappropriate for a hotel at this price and level.

Hotel rooms are relatively new. Our main issue was that the AC was not working and so the room temperature was around 25.6C, which made it hard to sleep. Price-wise this was very good I would say

The Boli Yabu Hotel's convenient location, coupled with its modern amenities and attentive staff, made my business trip to Xining both productive and enjoyable. The proximity to key attractions such as the Qinghai Province Museum, Xining Wildlife Zoo, and Plateau Pearl Sightseeing Tower further enhanced my stay, allowing me to explore the beauty of the city in my downtime. In conclusion, it was a great pleasure to stay at the Boli Yabu Hotel and I cannot thank your team enough for their exceptional service and hospitality. Located in the best possible areas nightlife and convenience, leaving the hotel allows you access to multiple malls, restaurants, and shopping right outside your doorstep. Inside, the hotel was beautiful, plush, and ambient. The staff, while speaking little English, went above and beyond to accommodate and help us all throughout our stay. They brought up free snacks and a bowl of dumpling soup for us, as well as absolutely delicious yogurt made in-house. The breakfast spread was lovely, with a variety of choices including Chinese breakfast, cereal, baked breads, fresh fruit, and coffee and tea. The views from the breakfast restaurants are stunning indeed. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers in a heartbeat and would love to come back!
