Pro points -
The beds are soft and comfy, good showers with very hot water. Rooms were clean. The buses from outside connect well to the Muslim area of the city and the restaurants nearby are nice. Staff are friendly.
Bad points -
We booked a non smoking room, all the rooms available were infact non smoking and yet the whole place absolutely stank of cigarettes.
We moved rooms because after dinner we came back to a haze of smoke in the room, everyone must be smoking.
I live in China, I realise this isn't uncommon, but in that case don't advertise non smoking rooms.

Service: First of all, I would like to affirm the service attitude of the waiter, which is really good. He really helped in various ways. I sincerely thank him! ! !
Facilities: I stayed for several days this time. The first and last days were relatively quiet. The two rooms next door in the middle two days were really annoying! The room was not soundproofed and the quality of the guests was very poor. They were still shouting loudly at 12:00 in the evening. I didn't sleep well at all! ! !

The service provided by the front desk lady is very good, proactive, enthusiastic, and very friendly. The room is clean and has no odor. The bathroom is also very clean. There is hot water all day long and the water comes out quickly. It is a good place to stay on a business trip

The TV in the room was broken. I called the front desk to report it. At 9:00 pm, the security guard came in to take a look and said he couldn't fix it. He would ask the engineering staff to take a look tomorrow. No one cared when I checked out the next day.
