這是家老酒店了，第一次見前台接待坐着辦入住的，見到客人不問好不站起來，回答客人的問題沒有禮貌用語，冷漠生硬。我見過的萬科物業的前台也是坐着，但有客人進來都會站起來問好以示禮貌。房間配的是小瓶的水，完全不夠喝😓

酒店周圍高樓林立酒店眾多，但環境還是比較安靜。負責接待顧客的服務人員態度温和耐心，能夠及客户所需，沒有推辭做到第一時間調整安排，讓遠到的賓客感覺很體貼温馨。客房有窗，寬敞明亮，整潔衞生乾淨，床鋪舒適，各種日常用品用具齊備，擺放整齊有序，一目瞭然。早餐蔬菜品種豐富，主食多樣，能夠滿足不同人羣的飲食需求，入住體驗感覺很好！
