房間離前台很遠，不好找，打電話給前台，才給指了大概位置，房間很小，打開門就是體育館裏麪，人在房間不敢拉開窗簾，外面就可以看見房間全貌，洗手間燈一會亮一會滅，紙也放的是半卷，上一個客人用剩的一點點，剛到房間就打電話給前台説調房間，前台哼哼唧唧的，説住了一個團，沒有房間了，我們轉了一圈，其實沒住多少人，免費升級也沒有，床單也是破的，沒辦法又自己套了一次性床上用品，

特別差，服務態度差的不是一般，提前兩個月預訂的酒店，到酒店了才通知房間滿了，讓退房，從來沒見過還能這樣操作，酒店的答覆真是讓人匪夷所思，説你來的遲了就是沒有房間住了，那我早早預訂的意義何在！從來沒見過這麼差的酒店，太垃圾了！

沒有辦法用於語言形容的一家酒店，提前兩個月訂了房間到了之後被告知沒有房間，在大廳等了三四個小時了酒店人員不管不顧，無賴酒店，沒有誠信的酒店。不知什麼原因佔據了那麼好的位子開的，當地文旅該出來管管了，影響當地形象。
