It's OK for one or two nights. However, absolutely overpriced. The room was quite dirty: hairs on the bedding and in the bathroom, a very dirty carpet. The floor in the bathroom was slippery. No mats to prevent slipping whatsoever. The infrastructure is old. Apparently, the owner doesn't want to invest much into it. The lifts are super slow. The Internet connection was surprisingly fast. There washing machines next to the lobby - I don't know whether they are free.
The name is different than shown in this app. That confused me a bit. Miles International Hotel. However, if I remember correctly, it's written as Mei Si International Hotel.
Not very far from the closest Night Market and the Dongguan Mosque, the latter should be taken off the list of the landmarks of Xining, though - they have completely destroyed it, it used to be such a beautiful mosque.

In-house guests can park for free, but they need to inform the hotel front desk of their license plate number every day.

The facilities are old and the carpets are not clean. The room I stayed in before was unbearable due to water leakage, so I asked the front desk to change rooms. I guess they knew it was a problem room, so they didn't feel embarrassed and politely gave me two bottles of yogurt.
