On July 15, I booked a room for two nights at Xining Platinum Zumei Duo B&B with a score of 4.9 from Ctrip and recommended for July 19-21. When we checked in on July 19th, we found several problems: 1. The floor drain of a bathroom had an anti-odor, which was particularly smelly, and the whole house was filled with the smell; 2. Another sanitary floor drain had hairs on the corners; 3. It was even more outrageous There is still an old underwear in the bathroom; 4. There are black lumps in the filling of the pillow; 5. There are no slippers for bathing. We can't check in. After communicating with the merchant, the merchant simply cleaned the bathroom and replaced the pillow core. But there is nothing we can do about the smelly bathroom. We are dissatisfied with the merchant's results. But because it was past 11:00 p.m., I only stayed for one night and revised the order in time to re-book the room for July 20. But because it was too late to book the room, the price of the previously booked room also increased by more than 100 yuan. Caused economic loss and travel discomfort. Very disappointing. It also questioned Ctrip's scoring system and supervision.
