After the guest house is built and used, it will be an internal guest house and will not be open to the public. After the reform and opening up, gradually open to the outside world, in August 1996, changed its name to "Victory Hotel in Qinghai Province", in December 2001 by the National Tourism Administration assessment as "China's four-star foreign-related tourist hotel." In 2002, it was transformed from a former institution into a state-owned enterprise.
In the past 60 years, in the provincial committee, provincial government, provincial government office concerned about support and the hotel's own efforts, the hotel has carried out a series of infrastructure transformation and environmental beautification construction, with different styles of buildings 12 292 photos; Qinghai Convention Center and the reception building has a variety of conference halls (rooms) 27, multi-functional halls 2, can accommodate thousands of people at the same time meetings, with 18 large and small banquet halls, can accommodate 1200 people eating at the same time.
