房間整體很乾凈、温馨。地理位置雖然遠，但是酒店一應俱全。還有獨立的洗衣房！房間裏有“小度”同學，呼叫起來很有意思，早飯是中式早餐，感覺樣式不多，但也可以吃得飽！酒店人員的服務非常好，還給停車專門辦理免費號碼登記。很安靜，枕頭、被子都很舒適。

設施：硬件設施齊全的，但是這個網真的是很腦火 小孩子要吵着看兩集動畫片，就開電視了，電視開了網超級慢，網絡換了好幾遍，還是不行，後面就想的要不手機投個屏吧，打開後就懵了，全部是同樣的型號，不應該要吧每個房間一一對應一下嘛，無奈之下我就一個一個試，真是麻了🥴，希望酒店後期可以調整一下每個房間，對應房號，省去很多麻煩事情，改進一下自己的網絡，真沒見過這麼慢的
衞生：衞生還説的過去，沒大問題
環境：環境也可以，25 年新開的，設施環境都不錯
服務：服務很好的，前台看帶小孩，特意給了小孩子的拖鞋，很細心的😊

第一：該酒店將用户預訂房型提前出售給他人
來青海旅遊定了你們酒店，很差勁！我是10月3日晚上12點多左右到店，辦理入住的時候，你們前台非説我定的是標間，不是大床房，我拿出訂單（見圖1）核對後，前台改口説沒有高級大床房了，剩下的大床設施不好，可以幫我換成更為舒適標間，我要求按照訂單內容提供預訂房型後，你們提供了普通小窗+1.5米床的房型（圖2和圖3），後來由於太晚沒有要求更換打算湊合一晚
第二：該酒店房間早上6點廚房做飯會有巨大的噪音，非常不推薦來住
早上6.30被一陣巨大的噪音吵醒，以為是樓下搞基建或者使用吸塵器，經詢問前台，告知是酒店廚房在準備早餐。且噪音陸續持續至9點。既然你們明知房間有噪音，就應該提前告知或提醒客户，本來就是來旅遊的，被吵醒真的很糟心。
從來沒給過酒店差評，你家是第一家。

酒店設施很新，畢竟新開的酒店，房間也中規中矩，就是還有點新裝修的氣味，還要多通風透氣，不知道為什麼衞生間淋浴的水時冷時熱，可能是不在中心城區的原因，酒店沒有中晚餐食供應，還要自己跑好遠出去吃，這點要扣分，出行不是很方便，前台不錯，東西忘在房間酒店給我寄過來了，謝謝！整體來説中規中矩吧，還有改進的空間！

酒店很新，停車超方便！前台小哥服務很好，也很有耐心！包括門口的保安大叔，很熱情的招呼我，詢問幫我拿行李，因為當晚下雨了！房間很大很乾凈，衞生間佈局也合理，洗衣機烘乾機也都比較乾淨，早餐那個肉醬粉還挺好吃的！

房間一言難盡，都是些細碎的頭髮不知道上個房客是不是剛剪完頭髮，枕頭上床上都是，還好自己帶了一次性的床套，不然這麼晚了沒地方住，這次青甘大環線最失望的是這個酒店
