The room was nice. Ctrip upgraded my room with its benefits. The room has a large bathtub, the service staff is very friendly, the breakfast is rich, the hotel is close to the highway exit and parking is convenient.

The room is the same as the picture, the design is very stylish, the hotel breakfast is rich in variety, the dessert mousse pudding is delicious 👍🏻It would be better if the coffee machine could make latte

It was midnight when we arrived in Xining. As the starting point of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, we had a good rest. The new hotel has a little smell, but it is fine once the fresh air system is turned on. The breakfast is not suitable for southerners, it is simple and not suitable for this star rating.

This is a pure fancy hotel. I booked a three-day stay because of its decoration quality. But on the first day, I encountered a weirdo smoking in the elevator. The power was out for half an hour on the second night, and there was no hot water after the power came back on. I called the front desk three times but no one answered. I would like to give a special praise to Ctrip's customer service, who was very considerate and reported the problem to the hotel on my behalf. The air conditioner in the room was very hot, the quilt was very loose, the display screen was broken, and there seemed to be many varieties of breakfast, but they were mostly half-finished products and the ingredients were very average. The only thing I recommend is the good location, with many local restaurants around.
