Ni Hao Hotel (Xining Railway Station)

The environment is nice and clean. I picked several hotels and finally chose this one which is very clean and in a good location. Close to Xining Station. Easy to find too. After we arrived, the lady at the front desk was very gentle. Because we were on a tight schedule, she prepared bread and milk for us in the morning. I will come again next time I come to Xining

Not to mention the whole house intelligence, which may be configured by region, but the formaldehyde smell in the house is very, very strong! ! ! ! ! We both felt stinging in our noses and eyes. We had originally booked a two-night stay, but we canceled the second night and switched to another hotel. In addition, the female **** serving at the front desk, I don’t need to be too enthusiastic, but don’t act like someone owes you ****, don’t I owe you ****? Never again, that's it! ! ! !

The room facilities are quite cozy, except that the bathroom has a smell of sewage, and the whole room is filled with sewage smell. There is still hair left in the bathroom from a customer that has not been cleaned up. The front desk and security are particularly good, so I endured the smell and the hair and lived here.

The front desk service is very poor. The check-in experience is very bad. I will not go there again next time.

After cleaning, they took away the room card, which caused us a lot of inconvenience. Stayed for two days and the toiletries were not replenished. The restaurant and laundry room on the second floor cannot be reached by elevator. The hotel front desk is just like the B&B management, very unprofessional. If you go to the front desk at night and disturb her video call, it's like you owe her something. The security guard is a nice guy.
