房間大，乾濕三分區，設備齊全，前台服務好，本來印象很好的。
連續住了兩天，早餐服務太差勁！8點去，沒吃的，告訴你燉了兩鍋小米粥，已經吃完了，讓你理解；也不會再增加東西，新炒菜會浪費，前面客人浪費多，浪費要承擔責任，西寧市最近在嚴查住酒店浪費的；旁邊廣東一家子吃了一點白米飯和剩的炒蔬菜，看樣子心情不爽，剛要走，結果通知大家自己收拾碗筷盤子。
結論:吃的很差，基本上沒有；早餐服務就談不上服務，一直在教育你，道德綁架你！如果之前有客人浪費，那你點對點提醒嘛，大家來吃個早餐，你就提供服務，什麼是服務，不是餓着肚子來聽你上早課的，吃的沒有，還客人收拾碗筷盤子。建議酒店好好培訓下早餐服務，如果是外包的就算了，別合作啦，讓客人去外面吃兩碗拉麪都好！
在西寧的後兩天去了離站不遠的夏楓酒店，價格會貴一點點，服務體驗大不同，特別是早餐！

當晚落地西寧後挺晚了，拖着行李到酒店第二天又要很早出發已經很累了，酒店給我們升級了房型還送了兩份早餐，房間還有小吃零食，真是意外之喜。酒店早餐還可以，比我們後面幾天旅行團訂的酒店的早餐好得多

來西寧的第一天入住這家酒店，覺得很好，第二天跟團去玩了兩天，第三天回來依舊選擇這家酒店，酒店很人性化，前台的一位男經理還是安排了之前住的房間，酒店還送了小點心，裏面有西寧特色酸奶，棒棒噠！
