The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

The service was Ok. The breakfast was great. The rooms are clean and luxurious. Location was in the old part of town where restaurants arent plentiful. The killer to an otherwise good review was the central heating. It was so bad that at one stage the room temperature registered 30 deg celsius. The reception suggested I open the windows but it didnt help. I couldnt sleep at all and if you rent a room which put you out of sleep, how to give a good rating ?

The hotel is splendid.
The welcome is very warm !
The staff is very kind, gentle and helpful.
The bedrooms are big and clean, the bed is really comfortable.

位置: 位置一級棒，沒走多遠就到市中心王府井，逛街吃飯都方便，離酒店一百米還有到機場的穿梭巴士，出行很方便

地理位置：河道旁邊，晚飯後散步絕佳，還有當地廣場舞可以看.步行到大新街夜市十五分鐘吧.
衞生：酒店新開的，裝修風格確實很好，我們訂的景觀房間，兩面大玻璃觀景，很棒，這個裝修風格很像Ritz的，非常漂亮.
早餐：非常棒，這是這十幾天的行程裏唯一喝到了出油的黑咖啡的酒店，甜品其實還有很大進步空間.
前台服務非常好，有個小姑娘叫培萍Bianca，各種給我講解酒店設施，讓我們免費試用，還給孩子送了早餐.這點簡直比我們住茶卡鹽湖某家連鎖酒店，強了不止100倍，主要茶卡那個酒店因為小童早餐問題給我們噁心壞了影響了心情，第二天住這裏，瞬間被治癒.所以我必須要寫點評贊一個！
下一趟青海旅行，孩子跟我説，還要繼續住這裏！
