I stayed in the afternoon. The check-in at the front desk was quite efficient and the service was good. The front desk served with a smile and treated people kindly. The hotel's hygiene is also good. The bathroom and the room are also very clean. The hotel is located in the courtyard. It is very comfortable when sleeping at night. It's quiet. It's a good choice for those who have trouble sleeping. If I have the chance to come here again, I will choose this hotel again. It feels very good when I stay here for the first time. From the outside, it looks like an ordinary star hotel. When I checked in at the counter and saw the Wangzai doll logo, I suddenly realized that it was a hotel under a food brand group. This is a very nice hotel. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and it is clean, allowing me to have a good sleep. The front desk clerk Shirley's service is very good, thumbs up 👍, it makes you feel warm. The various leisure and fitness facilities in the hotel made me feel more relaxed.

The gym looks better in pictures than it is in real life. The room was ok butthe carpet was dirty. Also one of the windows could not be shut, so there was always cold air and noise coming in. Breakfast was bettwr than average but no options to have omlettes cooked for you etc

I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of two male front desk staff members I encountered during my recent stay at this hotel. I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.

I stayed here for night, having left the higher rated Wanda hotel due to a lack of AC and being unable to sleep all night. The room and bathroom exceeded my expectations for 4 stars and were very close to 5 star standard IMO. The staff allowed me to check the room(and most importantly, AC) before booking, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if returning to Xining.

Very satisfied. I checked in and found a hotel with good reviews on Ctrip. From the moment I stepped into the hotel door to the moment I left, I was very satisfied from beginning to end. The room sent a fruit plate before entering the room, and Xiao Liu sent fruit when I checked out. The attitude of the front desk staff was also very good. Later, I checked it out and found out that it was Blue Ocean Yuhua under Shandong Group, which is also the Blue Ocean Hotel managed by General An that I often see. It is indeed 👍 good
