TikHouse公寓(同盛路分店)

Came by car, underground parking for 25 nights. The landlord was very enthusiastic and responded very promptly. He also recommended several places to eat very well. The room is decorated in style, but it is so dry! The floor heating can't be controlled, it's so hot! I can't close it 😂 The provided items are quite complete, the projector is also very easy to use, and the mobile phone can directly project the screen.
Sofitel Xining

Great hotel situated nearby the Wanda mall and Tangdao walking street. I was impressed with how stunning the hotel is and pre-arrival experience was really remarkable. It is according to what I expected from Sofitel Hotel; however, my experience this time didn't reach my expectation. First, I was asked to pay CNY99 in order to use the swimming pool even if I already said that I was staying there. Second, the air-conditioner was not cool enough. I asked the staff to help me adjust it, but it seemed not work well. I slept with sweating all night. Lastly, I asked concierge to recommend me where I could find the night walking street and street food, but the answer I got was to search the word ”Tangdao” by myself. This is unacceptable. I wouldn't expect concierge to just provide me this simple answer. I can even do that by myself. What was the point from seeking for the recommendation from concierge? I have seen that one of them even got Les Clefs d'Or so that I expected the whole team to provide me something beyond my expectation. Please consider this issue. Thank you very much.
Xining Sebel Serviced Apartments

The Sebel Apartments are integrated into the Sofitel of Xining. It was a good place to stay and the rooms were spacious for us as family. The hotel also has a good indoor pool with good water and room temperature. The pool area was clear and well maintained. The breakfast was very good and a great charger for our daily trips around Xining. Only con in our stay was the high temperature in the room overnight. The AC was not on heating but the room was very warm (24 degrees) and the air was very dry. Sleeping was not easy then but it could maybe have been a malfunction.
Jinjiang International Hotel

It's a very good five-star hotel in Xining. When I made the reservation, I looked at the Jinjiang hotel and came here. After I checked in, I felt really good. It is the only hotel next to a park in Xining. The environment is very good. There are small fish in the water in the park, and the children like it very much. The service staff also took the initiative to help with luggage and pour tea, and were very kind. The room provided fruit and yogurt, as well as a welcome card, reminding us to put on extra clothes when going out at night, and breakfast was served until 10 o'clock. For someone who likes to sleep in, I was very satisfied.
Yinlong Hotel

Ximen/Dashizi commercial area
The hotel environment is very good, the room is very clean, intelligent facilities, the check-in service staff upgraded the view room, the view is particularly good. The breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese, Western, Lanzhou specialties. I especially like the two bowls of glutinous rice milk. The beef soup and fried dumplings are also very delicious. I ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner after riding back from Qinghai Lake. Every dish is very delicious. If it is not for the tight schedule, I would like to extend the stay, and I have to praise the door service. The brother is very enthusiastic to help bring the luggage to the room. Next time I come to Xining, I would like to choose this hotel, it is simply great
Wanda Vista Xining

West Area
I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.
