Accessibility to the hotel is challenging as there is a very steep slope - so beware if this could be an issue.
Booked a room for 3 but the room is only stocked with toiletries, towels, amenities for 2. This is very odd.
Laundry is limited to washer with no dryer so beware of this too. We were caught off guard and left with a bagful of washed but wet clothes.
The hotel front staff was nice to drive us to the town area for dinner. She also came to pick us up when it rained.
Overall, the view out of the room was good and we enjoyed it.

Wonderfull getaway. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice view. We enjoy everything. However there’s one suggestion, to have more options for breakfast, like toasts with butter and jam, croissants and fruits.

問峯全景美宿。傍山而築，依石而建，房前毫無遮擋，萬峯林美麗畫卷一覽無餘。坐在室內美景盡收眼底。民宿內部極簡奢華，原木設計，原生的山石植入室內很有特色。
前台主管服務至上，視客户為親人，因我們乘機錯過飯點，前台主管邀請我們吃工作餐。另我們臨時訂購的物品，前台為了減輕客人勞累，安排酒店員工去取。酒店接機員工主動搬運行李，並熱心介紹萬峯林遊覽攻略。問峯全景美宿員工熱情周到，感受到了賓至如歸的温馨氛圍。下次到萬峯林，還要訂問峯全景美宿。

房間硬傷很多：1.位置：酒店前的坡太陡了，門前停車位置太窄了，如果不是車技過硬，開車上來和下去很嚇人，在前坪會車也相當難。2.房型佈局。我們是4個朋友出遊，住的探峯，起初是想選“問峯”的，但前台一直強調探峯景色好，於是… 首先這個房型完全不適合朋友，僅適合親子，上下樓完全無房間可言，就是敞開的大空間，毫無私隱。同時最bug的是，衹有1個淋浴間，4個人排隊洗澡（當然我自己也有問題，訂房時完全沒注意標註有幾個衞生間）3.房間設施。淋浴間下水非常慢，洗澡時水會流出淋浴間。淋浴間返臭味，樓上很臭。第一天下大雨，房間裏的山也在滲水，怪可怕的。第一天準備躺床上睡覺時，床上有類似沙子的異物。4.服務。明明是4個人的房間，每天浴巾和毛巾衹放2條，不知道什麼意思。早飯難吃。服務響應很慢。總之，將近2000一晚的房間住到這樣的民宿，也算是十幾年民宿選擇上踩的最大的雷了。

民宿在上納灰村裡，算是村子的盡頭了。自駕的話車能開上去。 從貴陽開過去要四個小時左右 進村之後的路窄 會車要小心一點。

雖然是淡季，但是酒店位置好，空氣清新，連住了兩天，老闆知道我們要早出發去貴陽，特意7點來給我們做早餐，服務不錯哈，建議酒店增加正餐，省得跑出去吃了😄
