環境不錯，衞生服務都比較到位，就是設施設備有點老舊，但乾淨整潔舒適，特別是後棟非常安靜，能保障睡眠質量，停車位充足方便。

新裝修的，停車場挺大，Wi-Fi也快，早餐是跟旁邊的皇冠酒店在一起的，尚可。設施設備規格標準就是按照普通賓館的標準來的，淋浴間很小，真的是非常非常小，而且沒有任何放洗漱用品的地方，如果不想放地上，就衹能一次次地開門從洗手枱上拿。服務還行，但是衞生要加強，洗手間馬桶蓋上有頭髮和黑色的不明物，洗手池和淋浴間之間的地面一汪積水 。浴巾潮濕的，馬桶很容易堵，辦理入住的時候就聽到有的客人説房間馬桶堵了，我們早上起來自己房間馬桶也。堵了。

酒店前台給免費升級到皇冠酒店，但是酒店設施實在是過於陳舊，十幾年了，尤其是房間中央空調系統太吵，不開又冷，開了一夜都無法深度睡眠，早餐雖然式樣有幾樣，但是味道實在是一般般，服務員為了偷懶，麪、粉提前煮好的，拿給客人的時候已經坨了，建議大家還是不要在酒店用餐。

實際被調劑到皇冠酒店。房間洗臉盆水又細又急，濺濕衣服。修理員居然衹能調小進水，荒謬！房間燈光極其昏暗，超出常理。前台説話態度彷彿在給客人定規矩，極不禮貌！早餐餐廳盤子五花八門，有純色的，有帶圖案的，有缺口的，盤子和食物看上去都是臟兮兮的，令人沒有食慾。
