房間還有垃圾，電話是擺設，一次性用品放的時候不檢查的嗎？外面太吵了，一早上就開始有人在打鼓，很無語。

房間大，傢俱和衞浴設施都不錯，大堂也大，但服務堪憂，感覺浪費了這麼好的硬件條件。給我的房間一半窗簾是拉不開的，工作人員沒有安排維修，而是建議我換房，但東西已都拿出來了，實在沒有精力再換房。衞生間有一條奇怪的窄窗，窗簾不能全部遮住。打掃衞生人員把洗手間垃圾放到房間，接着收拾房間的垃圾，正確的做法難道不是把垃圾放門外嗎？還試圖用收拾垃圾的手去收拾早餐盤。早餐不錯，餐具也漂亮，8點送到房間，可以在床上吃，但打掃衞生人員的做法卻令人不安。本來想住三晚，結果住了一晚就離開了

比較中肯吧，但是性價比不高，住的不是很滿意，清潔方面被子上、枕頭上都有血點，我不知道怎麼做的清理服務！看得我毛骨悚然！不值這個價。這個鑽級我不想填寫，因為屬於高檔級的平價級別。還不如七天。如家等。

酒店內環境很不錯，房間乾淨衞生。離萬峯湖很近，窗外就是風景，連住兩個晚上，店員看我帶着孩子貼心的幫我升級高級大床房。晚上還有銀耳湯。酒店周圍全是吃的，交通也很方便。離機場也就十分鐘左右車程。

環境很好，我訂的大床1.8米，標間，提供2瓶免費礦泉水一份免費早餐，出門對面有銀河羊肉粉館，右拐有一條街吃的很多，有剪粉，米粉，我北方人吃不慣償了償剪粉，米粉，後來吃的餃子，包子，小店都免費提供粥和桶裝水，這一項比我們當地有優點，我們當地不免費提供粥和桶裝水，一次愉快的旅行。
