The time I came to Xingyi was not very good this time, as I encountered extreme weather. The temperature was basically 1 or 2 degrees during the day, and I felt extremely cold. This is when the advantage of the hot spring courtyard came into play. If I wanted to soak in the hot spring, I could do so directly in the courtyard without having to go downstairs and walk outside in a bathrobe. It was very convenient and comfortable. The room is a living room with tatami and a bedroom with a large bed. It is not too big, but very comfortable for two people. If a family of three wants to make a bed on the tatami, the space will be a little cramped. The courtyard is well greened and you can tell it's carefully designed. Unfortunately it was too cold during the days we stayed there, so we couldn't sit in the courtyard. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful in solving any problems immediately. The service is very humane. Some disadvantages: there are few restaurants around the hotel, and entertainment is limited to hot spring bathing and Chinese medicine treatment, which is a bit monotonous. Because there are not many restaurants nearby, I ate a few times in the hotel restaurant. The taste was mixed. Some dishes were good while others were very average (it may also be my personal taste problem, this is not a criticism). However, hotel guests get a 15% discount, but the restaurant didn't mark this out and the waiter didn't remind us. When we asked about it casually when checking out on our last day, the waiter said that it was a small matter, but it shouldn't have happened. Especially on the first day, I called to order food and told the staff that I would be checking in soon and wanted to order food, but they didn't even mention that there was a discount for hotel guests. Similarly, when you buy Miao medicine products and receive self-paid Miao medicine treatments, if you don't ask, they won't tell you. It makes you feel like they will charge you as much as they can. It's not a good experience and it's not formal. This is the first time I've encountered the situation where I have to bargain everywhere when consuming in a hotel.

A transit station for traveling to Luodian, a stand-alone house with private hot spring. They gave us a lot of gifts, such as various health teas and plasters, and they even prepared boiled Miao medicine for us when we took a hot spring bath, which was great. It is located in the factory area of ​​Guizhou Miao Medicine, a few hundred meters away from the Xingyi Ring Expressway, outside the urban area, and has very convenient transportation. The facilities are very new, the hotel restaurant service capacity needs to be improved, there are not many people, but it feels very busy

The environment is good, the room facilities are OK, but the bathroom is small, especially the sink. The service needs to be improved. I had to wait for a long time for the medicine to be boiled before taking a bath. There was no cold water when I took a bath at night. I contacted three or four times and waited for about 40 minutes before cold water came. The overall service needs to be improved. However, the water in the private bath was very refreshing and the courtyard environment was good.

Facilities: The water volume in the bathroom is very small, bathing is not comfortable, and the toilet basin is a bit small and a bit crowded. The smart toilet is a bit slow to respond, but the whole house smart function is more convenient and the internet speed is very fast! The private bath water has a large output and good temperature, is highly private and relatively hygienic. Environment: I like the yard very much. The trees in the yard will probably bloom in spring. I like the tatami very much. The floor-to-ceiling window looks out onto the yard, which is very nice for making tea. If you have time, you can stay longer and experience it. It is very peaceful and healthy. The next guests must remember to lock the door to the courtyard, otherwise it would be embarrassing if other guests accidentally break in. Service: For this price, it should be equipped with a butler. Contact the guests in advance to make a written reservation based on the items included in the room. It is too passive. It would be better to arrange a butler. No one introduced the room facilities and hot spring features, and we were left to entertain ourselves the whole time. Apart from the great service from the restaurant staff, I didn't feel much else. When I checked in, they said there was a buffet, but at meal time they said there was not enough guests so we could only order dishes. However, the dishes were served quite quickly during the Chinese New Year and tasted good. Others: The ribs for the pork rib soup are really too big, make them smaller. The portions were generous.

The room is new, but the bath water seems not to be natural hot spring water, but medicinal bath. It depends on personal choice, which is also good! It's quite unique. The elevator is not very good and a bit slow, although the floor is not high.

The parking lot is huge. There is a hot spring, not many pools, but you can take a dip. It’s still quite comfortable. The room is big and quiet. The hotel is located in a remote area, but it is ok if you drive yourself.
