酒店很新，在攜程上對比了很多家，應該算當地軟硬件非常不錯的。房間硬件非常不錯，全屋智能家居，AI管家小蘭挺智能的，小屁孩覺得挺好玩的。特別值得表揚的是整體服務非常不錯，從入住到離開接觸到的每一員工，態度都非常細心和熱情，前台有水果和零食，小姐姐還不斷叫我小孩拿多點。由於第二天早上一大早要坐高鐵，剛好已經是年三十，一下子打不到車，沒辦法衹好跟前台小姐姐求助，小姐姐沒有推脱，積極幫忙想辦法，由於剛好酒店司機休息了，最後她向領導請示，酒店領導王總二話不説一大早開私家車送我們去高鐵站。外出住酒店這麼多次第一次感受到什麼是真正的貼心服務，以後再來興山的話一定會再選它。
