一般般。樓盤沒賣完的房間拿出來做酒店。毛巾，水都限量。真的是第一次碰到。車不讓進，衹能停路邊。裏面停的業主的車。太多了。掉頭都困難。不推薦。

房間內蚊蟲太多，衞生間連浴巾都沒有。前台服務態度很差。早餐用剩花捲油炸一下，一碗米粉，太對不起我四百多元錢的房費了。我在前台遇到一個女經理不錯，態度很好，但遊客不可能天天碰到。

五一假期出行，服務超級好，熱情周到，我們幾家人預訂的房型不同，經理還想辦法幫我們調在一起！真的是太貼心了！服務員態度也好，小孩子把房間弄得亂七八糟，他們也很耐煩收拾好！周邊環境不錯，適合度假！值得推薦！美中不足，早餐需要改進

環境不錯，房車也挺大，設備齊全，前台服務也很好。可惜下雨，部分娛樂設施沒開放。建議從保康方向進，路好走一些，朋友從興山方向進來據説一路比較曲折

優點：房間大，一室一廳，陽台也比較大，設施齊全，酒店環境非常好，自然空調，天然氧吧，自在愜意；前台、保安的服務都不錯，熱情、耐心。
不足的地方：
1、早餐品種及服務都需提升。房間含兩份早餐，去的時候排了很長的隊，我大概排了40多分鐘，領了2個水煮蛋和6個小饅頭，有麪條供應但是人實在太多。
2、晚上11點多鐘了營地裏還有很多人在唱歌，可能是音響效果很好，隔了幾棟樓還聽的清清楚楚，這個實在是影響休息，希望酒店能加強管理。
3、陽台上沒有晾衣服的地方，連個可以掛衣架的鈎子都沒有，洗了的衣服沒有地方晾，不大方便。希望酒店能在這個小事和細節上再加強一下。
總體感覺還是非常不錯，發了朋友圈，推薦給了很多朋友。

一次相當不錯的出行，風景好的沒話説，隨手一拍就是大片的感覺。房間設施還很新，衞生還算可以，性價比比較高，一家四口也夠住，打掃阿姨也好好呀，告訴我們周圍有什麼玩的，還提醒我們早晚温差大，及時增減衣物。旁邊超市、飯店也有，買東西吃東西也方便。

住的常規房間，雖然也很好，但發現酒店居然還有這麼美的木屋別墅和房車後，頓覺惆悵，衹住一天，都沒法換着住。小森林裏的茶室是真香，要了個茶點套餐，先在室內品茶，後來乾脆又搬到室外，整個下午沉浸在森林清新的空氣裏，還有小鳥啾啾地伴奏。
