房間乾淨整潔，温泉水很好，附近安靜，樓下是新豐江水，空氣好，可以在蔬菜地裏走走，走到村口是更大的一條河流。村子附近全部都是温泉名宿，早上樓下有早餐吃 腸粉5元一份，分量足。

酒店乾淨整潔衞生，床品舒適，窗外景色養眼，也有欠缺支出，我住六樓，房間無線網絡重來沒有，對於現代人度假比較難受，，綜合還是不錯的

新豐梅坑處處都是温泉小房，風景這間獨好，四周開闊，無握手樓，泡個私湯，滑滑爽爽，值得下次再來。

環境幽靜，放一池温泉水，就幾分鐘。今天早上離開時汽車突然打不着火，老闆很熱情，幫忙找問題，最好是電子鑰匙電池沒電了。謝謝老闆！

1/晚上1點鐘都還有打麻將的，很吵！2/温泉水衹能免費的使用兩次，超過後需要收費50一次。3/室內温泉池會溢出到房間，靠温泉池的床位都是水。

被罰停業一年後的皇室假日酒店，價格雖沒漲，但現在衹能泡兩池水，以前是三池水，別的酒店現在也還是三池水，就是不爽
