2024年11月剛剛開業的韶關新豐温德姆花園酒店，位置優越，大堂寬闊明亮，設施完善，客房舒適，酒店前台的管先生專業和藹，他不僅幫我們提前辦理入住，還幫我們免費升級了園景房，詳細介紹了酒店的各項設施，值得點贊👍。酒店三樓的中餐廳很大，出品也很不錯，酒店五樓的無邊泳池和温泉池也符合五星級標準。我們入住當天晚上**有酒店特價自助餐晚餐券出售，88元一位（還可以攜帶一名小童），不過我對於這種特價推廣感覺會影響五星級酒店的服務水準，因為人太多，菜品難以及時補充， 食物水準考慮到成本也很難保證，還是應該提高收費標準利於保障客源的質素和食物的水準。還有就是酒店的員工要加強培訓，雖然他們的服務態度都很好，但服務水平和語言能力有待進一步提高。

房間裏面的設施挺新的，獨棟閣樓，上下都有一台空調，不錯。自己燒烤是特點。温泉池不在房間裏，在房間外，温泉池就不合我意了，所以沒泡温泉。這裏最不好就是唱K，唱到超過凌晨12點半，聲音太大太吵了，讓我們怎麼睡呀。
