酒店室內、過道、大堂布置都是非常典型的客家風格，很有特色。房間的佈置及裝飾非常用心，有特色。衞生間的熱水瞬間即來，冷熱大小調節非常靈活。服務人員都很熱情。

看網評來的，家人有些失望，客房在飯店樓上，只有一部電梯，上下不便，環境也比較吵。
早餐簡單幾樣但味道很好。
服務一般吧，本想嚐嚐他家的菜，因為價格和深圳差不多，想着味道應該不錯。問一位前台小姐姐住客吃飯是否有優惠，前台比較冷漠説沒優惠，而且沒預訂就不能吃。讓我一度懷疑難到這是“店大欺客“，不愁客源？
第二天問一個服務員説不預訂有位子就可以就餐。
綜合體驗一般。

房間衞生挺乾淨，酒店環境不錯，服務熱情，唯一的就是雨季房間潮濕，被褥也潮濕，如果有抽濕設備更好，建議枕頭配備一厚一薄

看起來房間挺不錯的，齊全整潔。但是床上有小蟲子在爬，就很無語，叫了前台結果是服務員下班了，不會換床單，問我要不要自己換，我也不會啊，然後説幫我換房，結果換我去雙床？？？我2米大床變成1.2小床？反正就不想換了，想着湊合一下，結果回去又接着打死兩蟲子。一晚上沒睡好，總感覺癢。

出差新豐第一次入住這家酒店，房間還可以乾淨衞生就是早餐太晚開了，7點多還沒有東西吃衹能去旁邊的早餐店吃早餐
