衝著萬達的這個品牌入住的套房、非常想吐槽了、砸了招牌
1.雖然是個中端酒店 本次入住的套房、最基本的歡迎水果也沒有、
2.天氣非常熱、進入房間本想着冰箱拿點冰水和、可是小冰箱預留了位置但是沒有冰箱、可笑至極
3.進房間一個小時了、空調温度降不下來
4.淋雨的雨灑口衞生不完善待提升
5.作為一個常年出差經常住各大品牌酒店我也算是見識很多了、沒見過淋雨區地墊和扶手是按裝內側的、非常確定是裝反了
6.從入住到第二天退房、沒看見過員工穿工裝的、前台沒有工裝、廚房大姐也沒有、是員工沒穿還是酒店買不起工服嗎？？
8.在房間和前台諮詢問題、還沒等我話説完前台就先掛斷電話、這種電話對客服務最基本的都不知道、等客人解決完需求客人先掛掉電話也不懂嗎？
9.最大的吐槽點來了、最抱有期待的早餐真是讓我對美華這個牌子大打折扣、品種少、餐枱的器皿都沒有、是買不起器皿嗎、感覺這個店應該沒有品牌方的店長、不然不會這麼差的標準、完全是亂搞
總結：相當差、砸了萬達美華招牌、服務差、、早餐質量差、早餐硬件差、 現在各行各業這麼卷的時代、如果貴酒店還不做出大整改調整、我看是根本走不遠的、大錢都花了、還在乎那些低成本的小錢、就真不應該了

非常好，房間很新，床墊很軟，房間裏的設定也是最新的智能，温熱的馬桶很貼心。
特別要誇的是服務，前台小姐姐很耐心很貼心，特別好！
唯一建議是淋浴的開關，可能需要貼一個使用説明，不然很難知道怎麼開合適，容易不小心淋到水。

房間面積大，地面乾淨，是硬地面，易打掃。有免費的掛耳咖啡，很貼心。真的是驚喜。空調很足，開始以為沒有暖氣，電話叫了前台，服務員是位男生，幾分鐘就到了房間，教我開空調。後來，不會用淋雨，又打了電話，那位小哥又馬上來了。淋浴龍頭很先進，我第一次看見有酒店有，是那種單獨用於沖洗的，另外還有手持淋浴。早餐也很好，簡單但是，牛奶豆漿咖啡熱茶煮蛋稀飯麪條餛飩炒菜沙拉麪包黃油。美華品牌，讓我從北京來到孝感出差，遇到這樣的酒店，驚喜到無語了。還有暖暖的智能馬桶。帕爾瑪之水的洗沐用品，一百多的房價啊！感覺穿越了。

環境：地理位置一般，建設環境還不錯
服務：前台服務基本合格，但交接登記水平一般，停車位很窄，保安服務基本為零，態度很差

房間設計的比較合理，有利於放置行李物品，前台的小姑娘非常好，禮貌熱情，早餐品種不多，但是現包的餛飩餡料好，湯也很鮮美。排骨湯粉也很好吃，喜歡。唯一不足的就是沒有直播的電視節目，感覺到了境外似的，不大符合中國的國情吧？
