"I stay at this hotel every time I come back. I have stayed here about five or six times and have become attached to it. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the room price is relatively reasonable. The only thing that disappointed me this time was the breakfast. It was much worse than five years ago. The variety was at least half as much. I walked around for a while but there were few things I could eat. The saddest thing was the roujiamo. It's wrapped in lotus leaf pancake 😩, you are a province that specializes in roujiamo, why are you so foolish? I hope that after the epidemic, business will improve and breakfast can return to its original state."

"great hotel for a layover and transit....hotel pickup and drop service was perfect... amenities were among the cleanest I've ever stayed in , even compared to 5 star rates hotels....it more or less has everything you need, even a mini gym. The staff service and friendliness was perfect!. Only downside is smokers in the lobby , for which ashtrays are duly provided, and given such a high level of cleanliness and hygiene was rather confusing. Otherwise I'd upgrade to a 5 for cleanliness"

"Close to the airport,has a free shuttle service from/to the airport.We ordered this hotel at last minute due to our flight cancellation and we’re surprised by good service,clean and spacious room and free night snacks. There is a simple but quite nice breakfast selection,they also offer fresh coffee in the morning. If you are looking for a nice hotel closer to the airport that’s an ideal spot."

"The service is very good, there is a self-service laundry room, there are warm sun tea and throat tea, the room is clean and tidy. It is very close to the airport, with free airport pick-up, which is convenient."

"The hotel is extremely close to the airport, making airport access incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious, the hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, and the rooms themselves are spotlessly clean, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were excellent – proactive, warm, and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. I personally found it offered excellent value for money. I stayed here for a friend's engagement party, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, even recommending local attractions. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xianyang."

"I am very satisfied with this trip~ I like the All Seasons very much. The hotel environment is very good. The front desk service is considerate. There is also a pick-up service to the airport and the subway (departure on the hour). I will come again next time. We contacted the front desk immediately after landing at the airport. Then the driver took the initiative to contact us and directed us to the nearest exit. The car arrived very quickly. The space inside the car is quite large. The driver's service is very thoughtful. Five-star praise"

"Forgot to turn on the lights when taking pictures. The facilities were also quite comprehensive. The room was pretty good, and it's conveniently located near the airport. They also offer a morning airport shuttle service, provided by a large bus, and the driver was very helpful with our luggage. The only minor issue was that we couldn't find the front desk initially. We drove around a few times before realizing the elevator was tucked away in an access lane, which took us up to the second-floor reception. A brighter, illuminated sign would be very helpful, especially at night."

"Xi'an's attractions are scattered. If you are coming to Xi'an from the North Station or the airport and not staying in the New City, this hotel is a good choice to avoid the crowds during holidays. Besides, it is really new, the room is big enough, the breakfast is not bad, and even the noodle stalls are different every day during our 4-day stay. The front desk and housekeeping staff are also very proactive and responsive. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in China. Finally, it is close to Xianyang, so you can avoid the crowds and go to Qingwei Tower. It is also a leisurely day to stroll along the Wei River. I hope you keep up the good work. It will still be my first choice next time I come to Xi'an. p.s. Haier washing machines are slightly lower than other Somerset ones."
